Additionally, the Matter brand will introduce two projects in May, with starting prices over 5 million baht.
“We continue to be the number one luxury home developer in the minds of consumers, offering the most luxury homes priced between 30-80 million baht in the real estate market, with a total of 756 units. Our five popular locations include Pinklao-Bromratchachonnani, Ratchaphruek, Bangna, Krungthep Kreetha, and Suk Sawat-Rama 3, where SC has projects covering all zones to meet every location's needs,” Mr. Mongkut stated.

Mr. Nattakit Sirirat, Senior Executive Vice President of Marketing & Innovation, stated that the Grand Bangkok Boulevard Suk Sawat-Rama 3 is SC's first project in the Suk Sawat-Rama 3 area and has been highly successful, achieving over 900 million baht in sales even before its official launch. The project is designed under the concept “A Legacy of Your Success,” reflecting timeless grandeur, situated on 31 rai with 46 luxurious Empire-style mansions valued at 2.4 billion baht, featuring functional designs with five house models ranging from 439 to 850 square meters, located on a prime road close to the expressway, just 2 minutes from Sathorn Rama 3, providing convenient access to the city through three main routes, including the Chalerm Mahanakorn Expressway, Phumipol Bridge (Industrial Bridge), and Rama 2 Road, as well as proximity to the future Purple Line subway (Ratchaburana-Tao Pun) expected to open in 2027, just 170 meters away. The Suk Sawat-Rama 3 area is SC's Blue Ocean market, where we see growth potential in the luxury home market priced at 40 million baht and above, representing a golden opportunity.
