THANA has announced its 2024 financial results, showing balanced, livable, and sustainable growth with total revenue from real estate and services reaching 1.187 billion baht. The company is preparing to present this at the shareholders' meeting to approve dividend payments, while continuing to strengthen its position in 2025 by emphasizing Proactive & Cost Efficiency strategies and solidifying its partnership with Anabuki Kosan, a major Japanese real estate firm. Together, they will develop a luxury project under the brand 'THANA Residence Kanchanaphisek - Rama 9' valued at 1.5 billion baht, while also expanding into service and health sectors for sustainable growth.

Mr. Sutthirak Setthirapa-yuth, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Mr. Thanisorn Nitisarophas, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of THANA Group jointly revealed the 2024 financial results during an Opportunity Day event held online, reporting a slight revenue growth of approximately 16% compared to the same period last year, with total revenue from real estate and services at 1.187 billion baht. This growth aligns with their strategy for balanced, livable, and sustainable development.

With these results, the company has decided to propose to the annual general meeting of shareholders to approve a dividend payment of 0.041 baht per share, having already paid an interim dividend of 0.025 baht per share, leaving a remaining payment of 0.016 baht per share. If approved, the dividend is scheduled to be paid on May 9.

For the 2025 business plan, the company has set a strategy of “Proactive & Cost Efficiency” focusing on proactive work and effective cost management, while accelerating strong growth. They will continue to collaborate with Anabuki Kosan, a major Japanese real estate partner, in ongoing project development. Currently, there are four joint venture projects valued at over 3.4 billion baht in the Nonthaburi and Bangna-Bang Bo areas, with plans to launch the fifth project, a luxury development under the brand 'THANA Residence Kanchanaphisek - Rama 9', valued at 1.5 billion baht by the end of the first quarter of this year.

Additionally, THANA Group continues to focus on service businesses to meet the needs of homeowners in every aspect through Home Smile by THANA, a comprehensive home decoration and renovation service, and the health sector through Homey Wellness, a physiotherapy clinic, in line with their mission to be a Lifetime Total Living Solution that addresses all living needs for people of all ages, providing a comprehensive One Stop Service.

“Regarding the performance of THANA Green in 2024, we have driven both internal and external initiatives that can be measured in every dimension, focusing on aligning our work with E-S-G principles under the Total Green Real Estate Development – Services framework in every process. As a result, we have managed to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 147,486 KgCO2eq, equivalent to planting 14,749 trees (*one tree absorbs approximately 9-15 kilograms of carbon dioxide per year). All of this reinforces our commitment to creating a lush, warm society at every stage of life sustainably,” the CEO concluded.
