Currently, 95% of the units have been transferred to customers. The second phase is the Nue Core Khu Khot Station, developed into an 8-story condominium with 1,206 units, launched in 2023, achieving 95% sales within a year, with 70% of the sold units already transferred to customers.

To meet the continuous demand from customers for the first two phases, the third phase has been launched under the name Nue Coast Khu Khot Station, a project located in the Khu Khot metropolitan area, closest to the BTS station, community mall, and bus stops, with taxi stands nearby. The fourth phase is currently under study. “Due to the smaller size of this phase, it will have fewer units, providing higher privacy, suitable for both living and relaxing in a cool environment. We aim to create a project with a clear character concept to attract new groups of people,” Ms. Oranuch stated.

The FACADE & MATERIAL DESIGN blends natural elements with coastal colors, using tones that reflect sand, water, and sunlight to make the buildings stand out, enhancing a relaxing atmosphere that harmonizes with nature, reflecting simplicity with unique characteristics.

The INTERIOR DECORATION is inspired by MID-CENTURY design, connecting the essence from NUE CROSS & NUE CORE, incorporating furniture, materials, and colors in a PASTEL PALETTE & EARTH TONE MATERIAL / CONTRAST PASTEL style, using darker materials or those with NATURAL TEXTURE to create DYNAMIC MID CENTURY aesthetics while integrating pastel colors to create a CONTRAST that makes the overall RELAX atmosphere feel fun yet light, akin to lounging on a beach.
