A5 has reported a total revenue of 1,806.10 million baht for the year 2024, marking an 18.96% increase, and hints at a bright outlook for Q1/2025. The company officially launched the CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7 project, which has received positive feedback, particularly from the ultra-luxury customer segment. The company is committed to operating under ESG principles for sustainable growth and plans to distribute a dividend of 0.10 baht per share.
Mr. Supachok Panjathat, CEO of Asset Five Group Public Company Limited (A5), a leader in luxury real estate development, revealed that the business outlook for Q1/2025 remains positive due to the continuous demand for ultra-luxury homes and increasing interest from foreign investors in Thai real estate. The company has officially opened pre-sales and site visits for the CINQ ROYAL The Eighteen Bangna KM.7 project, with prices ranging from 75 to 200 million baht, on February 22-23, 2025, and has received a favorable response. This project aims to meet the purchasing demand of customers in the Bangna area, which is a prime location equipped with amenities such as shopping malls, leading international schools, and golf courses. The company believes this project will significantly contribute to its strong growth.
Marketing Strategy The company plans to seek new partnerships with Luxury Brands in the same market segment to offer exclusive discounts and elevated experiences to customers who view luxury homes not just as residences but as part of their lifestyle and investment opportunities in high-potential locations, catering to those seeking unique offerings.
“This year, the company plans to expand its business portfolio through investments in new business sectors to enhance growth opportunities beyond just real estate revenue. Additionally, we have a careful financial risk management plan to improve the company's long-term competitiveness, focusing on stable and sustainable growth under ESG policies, with a goal of achieving carbon neutrality by 2050 through various projects set to launch from 2025 onwards, such as home air circulation systems, solar rooftops, and EV charger installations,” Mr. Supachok stated.
For the fiscal year 2024, the company reported total revenue of 1,806.10 million baht, an increase from 1,495.70 million baht in the previous year, representing a rise of 310.40 million baht or 18.96%, driven by the transfer of ownership of the CINQ ROYAL Krungthep Kreetha project, which currently has only 2 units remaining, and a net profit of 453.28 million baht.
The company's board of directors has approved a cash dividend payment of 0.10 baht per share, totaling no more than 117,800,004.50 baht, which represents a dividend payout ratio of 20.50% of the net profit after legal reserves for the fiscal year 2024.
