AssetWise announces its vision for the 20th anniversary “Growing Success, Growing Happiness,” aiming for sustainable growth with plans to launch 10 new condominium and housing projects worth a total of 22 billion baht. The company is expanding its portfolio in Phuket, entering the luxury villa market for the first time, targeting total sales of 19.5 billion baht and revenue of 10.5 billion baht. It is investing in new business opportunities with potential in entertainment, community malls, and health & wellness, while advancing ESG initiatives and partnering to support youth education. The company also introduces presenters “Toh-Bright” to embody the brand's identity and deliver happiness, reinforcing the concept of We Build Happiness.


Mr. Kramchad Wiphanpong, Chief Executive Officer of AssetWise Public Company Limited (ASW), a leading real estate development company focused on lifestyle, stated that as AssetWise enters its 20th year, it aims to create sustainable and stable growth through the business plan “Growing Success, Growing Happiness” to deliver happiness to consumers through quality residential projects. This follows a strong performance in 2023, where the company achieved sales of 19.33 billion baht, exceeding its target and growing over 17% compared to the previous year.

“The global economic outlook for 2024 faces challenges from geopolitical issues and climate change. However, there are positive factors from declining interest rates that stimulate production and investment, along with health-conscious trends and an aging society, leading to growth in the Health & Wellness sector. Thailand is also benefiting from improved export signals and global companies investing in Data Centers, which will create jobs for both locals and expats. Meanwhile, tourism continues to see an upward trend in visitor numbers. All of this will enhance domestic purchasing power and stimulate demand from foreigners, especially in the condominium sector. Therefore, AssetWise will continue its business under the strategy “Growing Success, Growing Happiness” while ensuring sustainable and stable growth,” Mr. Kramchad added.

In 2024, AssetWise will fully develop residential projects in strategic locations across Bangkok, its suburbs, and Phuket, covering various segments. The company plans to launch 10 new projects worth a total of 22 billion baht, including 8 condominium projects worth 20.5 billion baht under main brands such as KAVE, ATMOZ, and MODIZ, while continuing the success of the Leisure Residences project in Phuket under the brand THE TITLE, operated by Rompho Property Public Company Limited or TITLE, a subsidiary of AssetWise. Additionally, there will be 2 horizontal projects worth 1.5 billion baht, expanding the THE TITLE brand into luxury villas for the first time with 2 projects in Na Yang Beach and Chalong Bay.
Regarding sales and revenue targets for 2024, the company aims for sales of 19.5 billion baht and revenue of 10.5 billion baht, representing a 20% growth from 2023. At the same time, AssetWise has new completed projects ready for transfer in 2024, consisting of 7 condominium projects worth a total of 14.05 billion baht. Currently, the company has a backlog of sales awaiting revenue recognition worth over 25.2 billion baht, with 12.6 billion baht from projects in Bangkok, 2.7 billion baht from EEC locations, and over 9.9 billion baht from projects in Phuket, which will gradually contribute to the company's strength until 2030.


The company is also expanding new business opportunities to increase recurring income by focusing on investments in potential businesses that connect with the lifestyles of all generations through its subsidiaries. This includes the Health & Wellness business through WHB, offering Rocket Fitness as an accessible fitness alternative and Vitala, a physical therapy and rehabilitation clinic, with plans for continuous branch expansion. The entertainment business through ZAAP World organizes concerts and various events, having hosted over 40 events last year, including SangSom MOONLAB, the largest art landmark event of the year, and SkyTrain Music Fest, the first music festival on a sky train in Asia. The community mall and retail business through Treasure M develops Mingle Mall, a lifestyle hub that combines shops, restaurants, and indoor sports centers, with the recent opening of Mingle Naiyang in Phuket.

Additionally, AssetWise is committed to creating sustainable happiness for society, customers, and stakeholders in terms of environmental initiatives by implementing the GrowGreen concept in its organization, residential projects, and extending it to various communities. In terms of social responsibility, the company collaborates with the Step Forward Foundation, chaired by Toon-Athiwara Khongmalai, donating 10 million baht to the “Step for the Younger Year 5” project to support children and youth who have dropped out of the education system through the Education Equality Fund (GSEF), as well as improving quality of life through the PUNN by AssetWise project, which includes a second-hand donation initiative to raise funds for scholarships.
