Sansiri remains undeterred by economic conditions ? as it prepares to invigorate the real estate market with its 2025 plan, aiming to expand its premium product portfolio and launch urban condominiums, targeting sales of 53 billion baht and transfers of 46 billion baht.

Mr. Uthai Uthaisangsuak, CEO of Sansiri Public Company Limited, stated that in 2023, the company achieved total sales of 50 billion baht and transfer values (including joint venture projects) of 43.7 billion baht, successfully selling out 25 projects worth a total of 24 billion baht.

Highlighting "Phuket" and "Chiang Mai" as key strategic areas for business expansion last year, Sansiri generated sales of 10 billion baht in provincial markets, marking a growth of 120%, particularly in Phuket, which is experiencing significant growth. The company has allocated a budget of 2 billion baht for land purchases in 2025, as it has already acquired land for future development.

The overall real estate market in 2025 is expected to face challenges; however, the company aims to build confidence in the market and stimulate recovery through its 2025 business plan, which includes launching 29 new projects valued at 52 billion baht, with sales targets of 53 billion baht and transfer targets of 46 billion baht.

This year, the low-rise housing segment ? will see the launch of 14 projects valued at 31.6 billion baht, focusing on the premium and medium markets.

? The highlight brand “Narasiri” will introduce 3 new projects covering areas around Bangkok, such as Narasiri Bangna Km. 10, priced between 60-150 million baht, located in the new luxury community SANSIRI 10 EAST in Bangna (pre-sale this March).

? “DEMI” luxury residence in Rama 9, Mengjai, starting at 27.9 million baht (pre-sale in Q2).

- The “Burasiri” brand at Burasiri Jatujoti, priced between 13.5-25 million baht (pre-sale in Q3), is located in a community of over 184 rai.

? For the first time, the Setthasiri Koh Kaew (Phuket) project will be priced between 12-20 million baht (pre-sale in Q3).

? In the condominium segment, 15 projects valued at 20.4 billion baht are set to launch.

?‍? Mr. Phumipak Julmanichot, Chief Strategy Officer of Sansiri Public Company Limited, stated that this year the company will implement 5 strategies to drive business forward. Although the overall market has not yet recovered, there are still supportive factors from the tourism sector in key cities.

?‍? Particularly in Phuket, where the increase in tourists has led to higher incomes for workers, resulting in greater demand for housing, both for purchase and rent. Meanwhile, the Bangkok and surrounding areas ? continue to benefit from the expansion of various electric train lines and the 20 baht fare throughout the line, increasing the demand for housing along these routes.

This year will highlight strategic locations like Phuket as part of a 5-year strategy (2025-2029), launching a total of 27 new projects valued at 25 billion baht, including The Base Cheung Thale and Setthasiri Koh Kaew Retreat.

4️⃣ Expand investment opportunities with new business partners, with 7 new joint venture projects valued at 19.5 billion baht, collaborating with Mitsui Fudosan Asia Development (Thailand) Co., Ltd. on the Burasiri Jatujoti and Narasiri Bangna Km. 10 projects, which are among the key brands in the Sansiri 10 East luxury community of over 165 rai.

5️⃣ Sansiri remains committed to its green mission, developing Green Living Design in new products (luxury and premium segments) with a goal to reduce energy consumption by up to 50%, having achieved 40% last year.

Promote collaboration within the ecosystem, aiming for R&D with 3 partners to develop green products, and prepare to unveil the Sustainable Home Prototype 1, a significant milestone in the real estate sector from Sansiri, which will be showcased soon.
