Nakhon Luang Cement Signs MoU with the Faculty of Engineering, King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok to Develop Education in 3 Areas for Sustainable Social Value
Nakhon Luang Cement has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Faculty of Engineering at King Mongkut's University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB) to advance development in three main areas: education, enhancing the potential of students and personnel, and improving the local environment. This initiative aims to prepare for engineering careers in a rapidly changing world, aligning with the sustainable development goals of the company by 2030.

Nakhon Luang Cement held the MoU signing ceremony with the Faculty of Engineering at KMUTNB, led by Mr. Montree Nithikul, Chief Executive Officer of Cement Business in Thailand, Nakhon Luang Cement Public Company Limited, along with Associate Professor Dr. Kittichai Thanathapsin, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering at KMUTNB. The goal is to develop in three main areas: education, enhancing the potential of students and personnel, and improving the local environment, held at the Faculty of Engineering, KMUTNB.

Mr. Montree Nithikul, Chief Executive Officer of Cement Business in Thailand, Nakhon Luang Cement Public Company Limited stated that this collaboration aims to promote cooperation between educational institutions and the industry in developing the potential of students and personnel in education, research, and social development. Nakhon Luang Cement is ready to support and promote educational visits, research, social development, and physical development to create valuable learning opportunities and experiences for students, as well as to promote the development of the engineering industry in Thailand.
After the signing ceremony, Mr. Montree, along with Nakhon Luang Cement employees who are alumni of the Faculty of Engineering at KMUTNB, participated in a panel discussion to share experiences and provide guidance on the necessary skills and knowledge after graduation to prepare for engineering careers in today's rapidly changing world, while also raising awareness about sustainability among the younger generation.
