Frasers Property (Thailand) Public Company Limited, or "FPT", is a comprehensive real estate leader with a portfolio covering residential, industrial, and commercial properties. The company's board convened the annual general meeting for 2023 to report on the operational results for the fiscal year 2022 (October 2022 - September 2023), which showed continued growth with a net total revenue of 14.566 billion Baht, a decrease of 13.3% from the previous year, resulting in a net profit of 1.467 billion Baht, equivalent to a net profit margin of 10.1% of total revenue. Although the residential sector faced challenges due to economic factors, the company maintained stable performance thanks to its diverse business operations, including factories, warehouses, hotels, retail spaces, and Grade A office buildings, which generated strong rental income with an average occupancy rate of 90%. During the annual general meeting for 2023, FPT announced a dividend payment of 0.31 Baht per share, to be paid to shareholders on February 11, 2024.

Furthermore, FPT has achieved the highest “A” rating for sustainability disclosure from GRESB (Global Real Estate Sustainability Benchmark), reflecting its commitment to conducting business sustainably and transparently in all dimensions.
