Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) has announced that it will hold Auction No. 13 this December and January 2025, featuring second-hand properties or non-performing assets (NPA) in prime locations nationwide, with special price reductions. These properties include residential and investment options such as single-family homes, duplexes, townhouses, condominiums, commercial buildings, vacant land, factories, and warehouses, totaling 55 items valued at 297 million baht. The auction will take place in two rounds on December 24, 2024, and January 7, 2025.
Additionally, SAM has launched the promotion “SAM Second-Hand Properties Must Share”, where referring SAM properties to friends or acquaintances can earn a referral fee of up to 3 million baht per item (for qualifying properties).
