CPANEL has announced its direction for the fourth quarter of 2024, securing 5 government projects valued at a total of 107 million baht. The backlog has now reached 1.42 billion baht, which is expected to support strong growth in 2025. For the first nine months of 2024, the company reported revenue of 221.75 million baht and a profit of 8.12 million baht.

Mr. Chakrit Tipakornsukasem, Managing Director of CPANEL Public Company Limited, a manufacturer and distributor of fully automated precast concrete products for real estate construction projects, revealed that the company has taken on 5 government projects worth a total of 107 million baht. These projects are significant as they align with the government's infrastructure development policies, resulting in an increase in the company's backlog to 1.42 billion baht, which can start generating revenue from the first quarter of 2025 onwards.

The success in securing these government projects reflects the confidence of the public sector in CPANEL's precast concrete products, which are produced using modern technology, are of high quality, durable, and environmentally friendly. These products help reduce construction time and enhance operational efficiency. CPANEL's precast concrete products are the only ones in Thailand certified by the Carbon Footprint Organization (CFO), confirming the company's commitment to reducing carbon dioxide emissions.

Additionally, the company is rapidly expanding its private sector customer base across various industries, including factories, hotels, hospitals, and both horizontal and vertical real estate projects. It is continuously participating in new tenders to increase its workload, which will help ensure stability for future operations and drive strong performance in 2025.
