The event will welcome over 300 leaders, innovators, visionaries, and investors from the real estate industry across Thailand and the Asia-Pacific region.

The rapid changes in cities across the Asia-Pacific region reflect the challenges in real estate development that must adapt to competition and the demands of modern consumers. This year's summit theme focuses on “Branding” and inspiring the cities of the future, aiming to reshape agendas and connect industry professionals to address key issues driving development, investment, and growth in Asia's real estate sector today through discussions and presentations from experts.

The 10th PropertyGuru Asia Real Estate Summit is divided into three sessions, each focusing on important topics related to real estate in Asia today.

Session 1 – Building Future Communities will be opened by Mr. Hari V. Krishnan, CEO and Managing Director of PropertyGuru Group, followed by an in-depth presentation on the topic “Economic Status of the Region” by Mr. Sumanah Rajarethnam, Regional Director for Southeast Asia at The Economist Intelligence Corporate Network. This will be followed by a panel discussion on “Defining the Home of the Future,” led by Mr. Anton Love Wormann, a consultant in entrepreneurship and real estate from Japan.

Session 2 – Driving Innovative Business will feature a discussion on “Living Under a Brand” by Mr. Bill Barnett, Founder and Managing Director of C9 Hotelworks, followed by a panel exploring the cultures, communities, and spaces that impact people's lives.

Session 3 – Creating Shared Wealth will feature Mr. Chao-Wei Huang, Deputy Director of Zaha Hadid Architects, discussing “Inspiring Spaces: Designing for Impact,” followed by a closing panel discussion on the topic of gigacity “The Convergence of Culture and Innovation in the Middle East.” This session will also include Mr. Pichaya Nitipaisankul (Golf), a famous Thai actor, model, and creator, sharing his experience in building his dream home and inspiring others to live their dreams.
