Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) has revealed its business performance for the fiscal year 2024 (from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024), reporting total revenue of 15.805 billion baht and a normalized net profit of 370 million baht.

Mr. Kampol Poonsonni, the Chief Executive Officer of Univenture Public Company Limited stated that for the fiscal year 2024 (from October 1, 2023, to September 30, 2024), the company achieved total revenue of 15.805 billion baht. The revenue breakdown includes 10.868 billion baht from investment businesses, accounting for 69%, 3.687 billion baht from real estate and related businesses, making up 23%, 1.075 billion baht from industrial businesses, representing 7%, and other revenues totaling 175 million baht, or 1%. The normalized net profit stands at 370 million baht, with a total net profit of 156 million baht.

Looking ahead to fiscal year 2025, the company aims for a revenue target of no less than 17.6 billion baht, focusing on income generated from both the businesses it has invested in and those managed in collaboration with capable partners, which will provide continuous recurring income. Additionally, the company will focus on businesses that it manages and operates entirely on its own to achieve organic growth. Furthermore, the company continues to seek business opportunities and is prepared to invest in new potential sectors to enhance the value of businesses that generate sustainable income.
