Sansiri Achieves Record Condo Transfers of 11.3 Billion Baht, Exceeding Targets Every Quarter; Now Aiming for 14.5 Billion Baht in Transfers

The Economic and Business Research Center of Siam Commercial Bank (SCB EIC) has revealed the real estate market outlook for 2024-2025, stating that currently and in the next 1-2 years, the condominium market will remain quite popular compared to other types of housing. This is due to buyer behavior prioritizing location, convenience of transportation, and proximity to amenities. Moreover, over 80% of condominiums are priced below 5 million baht, making them more accessible to middle- to lower-income earners compared to horizontal housing, which is priced higher for similar sizes in the same location. SCB EIC predicts that the number of condominium ownership transfers in Bangkok and its vicinity in 2024 will be the only housing type that can stabilize or see only slight contraction.
