Perfect Group Sells Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit Hotel and Launches First Phase of Mixed-Use Project Jodd Fair Ratchada
The Property Perfect Group is advancing its business plan for the final quarter of the year, with "Grand Asset" successfully closing a major deal to sell the Hyatt Regency Sukhumvit hotel for 5,055.55 million baht. This move is part of a strategy to strengthen financial stability, reduce debt burdens, and lower interest expenses, thereby improving operational performance. Meanwhile, "We Retail" has launched the first phase of the mixed-use project along Ratchadapisek Road, named "Jodd Fair Ratchada," managed by the Jodd Fair market.

Mr. Sanit Atthayanasukul, CEO of Property Perfect Public Company Limited, revealed the business plans for the final quarter of the year for the two companies in the group. Grand Asset Hotels and Property Public Company Limited has successfully closed the sale of the Hyatt Regency Bangkok Sukhumvit, a five-star hotel with 273 rooms located next to Nana BTS Station, to Grand Residence International Company Limited for 5,055.55 million baht. This aligns with the financial management plan aimed at strengthening financial stability. The revenue from the hotel sale will be used to repay 3,500 million baht in loans from financial institutions and 620 million baht in bond debt, significantly reducing the group's debt burden and interest expenses, which will lead to improved operational performance.

Currently, the group still owns four hotels, including Royal Orchid Sheraton, The Westin Grande Sukhumvit, Sheraton Hua Hin Resort and Spa, and Sheraton Hua Hin Pranburi Villas, all located in popular areas favored by both Thai and international tourists. It is expected that during the high season in the fourth quarter of this year until early next year, the hotel group's performance will generate increased revenue due to the continuous growth in the tourism sector, with an influx of international tourists traveling to Thailand, which is expected to rise compared to the same period last year. Additionally, in 2026, there are plans to begin construction of a new hotel, “Amatara Wellness Resort Rayong,” within the Amatara Residences Rayong project, which will feature five-star services and amenities, including luxury accommodations, a convention hall for MICE groups, and comprehensive wellness services, catering to the growing trend of health-focused tourism in the global travel industry.

Meanwhile, We Retail Public Company Limited, another company in the group that develops commercial real estate, is developing a mixed-use project on a 13-rai plot along Ratchadapisek Road, adjacent to the MRT Cultural Center Station. This project consists of two zones: a night market zone and an office building zone with shops. Recently, the night market zone, “Jodd Fair Ratchada,” which is the highlight of the project, has been launched in the front area of the project, managed and operated by “Jodd Fair,” the founder and operator of Thailand's famous night market. It features over 800 shops in beautifully decorated permanent structures, distinct from other Jodd Fair locations, making it a place for relaxation, shopping, and a gathering of street food vendors, especially popular eateries from Jodd Fair.
Mr. Sanit stated, “Congratulations to Jodd Fair on the launch of Jodd Fair Ratchada,” the new night market that will add vibrancy to both the retail and tourism sectors. I am confident that “Jodd Fair Ratchada” will become a popular tourist destination for locals and an attraction for international tourists to experience the charm of Thailand at night, achieving success and ranking among the preferred destinations for both Thai and foreign travelers, just like the first Jodd Fair market.”
