N.C. Housing, celebrating 30 years, has partnered with the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy at Thammasat University to sign a memorandum of understanding aimed at developing human resources and driving Thai society towards sustainability.

N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, a real estate developer of both horizontal and vertical properties, is the first in Thailand to receive ISO certification. Mr. Somnuek Tantatherdtham, Managing Director of N.C. Housing Public Company Limited, signed the academic cooperation memorandum (MOU) with the Faculty of Commerce and Accountancy at Thammasat University, represented by Assistant Professor Dr. Orapan Yollabun, Deputy Dean for Academic Affairs and Network Partnerships, and Professor Witthawat Rungreungpol, a faculty member in the Marketing Department. This collaboration aims to promote and develop quality human resources while enhancing the education in accounting and business administration in the country through a partnership between the leading educational institution and N.C.
