Frasers Property Group is set to present its sustainability experience at the grand event of the year, “Sustainability Expo 2024 (SX2024),” the largest sustainability expo in ASEAN. The event will showcase knowledge, trends, and real estate solutions aimed at enhancing quality of life under the concept of “Creating a Better Quality of Life for a Sustainable Future” in the Better Community zone at Hall 4, Ground Floor from September 27 to October 6, 2024.

The event will run from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Queen Sirikit National Convention Center.

This year, Frasers Property Group is fully committed to showcasing all aspects of sustainable real estate development across various dimensions, covering all business sectors including industry and logistics, commercial areas and business parks, shopping centers, hotels, and residential properties. This reflects their dedication to creating positive change in the world with the goal of achieving net-zero carbon emissions by 2050, featuring three key highlights.

Unveiling Frasers Property Group's Key Sustainability Goals with an operational plan aligned with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) principles, including the installation of renewable energy production, utilizing risk assessment platforms to manage climate-related risks, developing new projects and upgrading existing properties to meet green building standards, and requiring suppliers to participate in responsible procurement policies. 3. Discovering a New Living Experience with One Bangkok “The Heart of Bangkok,” developed with a people-centric vision, focusing on creating sustainable quality of life for individuals. One Bangkok is a model green smart city project located in the heart of Bangkok, featuring a highly efficient management system to adapt flexibly to future changes, ensuring excellence in sustainability and smart technology with buildings certified at the platinum level for LEED for Neighborhood Development, WiredScore, and SmartScore, while also aiming for WELL certification to promote the quality of life for residents and users.

The exhibition will highlight the concept of Quality of Life in One Bangkok, aiming to enhance holistic quality of life through various components within the project, presented through techniques such as

360-degree Projection Mapping Theatre. Additionally, there will be a special panel discussion featuring executives from Frasers Property Group along with experts and individuals from various sectors dedicated to environmental and social initiatives, including:

“Adapting the Residential Business to Meet Consumer Needs Sustainably” featuring executives from Frasers Property Thailand, SCG Smart Living, and professors from Kasetsart University discussing the role of real estate developers in creating residential solutions that meet sustainability trends and consumer demands with new solutions and collaborations.

Various projects aimed at reducing environmental impact will be discussed on Thursday, October 3, 2024, from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the SX Talk Stage.
