Phumiphat Management Co., Ltd. has soft-opened The Spheres Phetkasem, featuring popular brands such as Starbucks, Daiso, Watsons, Cha Tra Mue, Pharmax, and partner stores, now open for business. This community mall aims to meet the needs of local residents, serving as a one-stop service hub with a comprehensive range of amenities including a supermarket, shops, restaurants, a food market, activity zones, health and beauty centers, educational facilities, and a pet shop, boasting over 150 stores. The Spheres Phetkasem is expected to enhance the lifestyle of the community and provide a relaxing space for residents, while also serving as a shopping destination and a rest stop for travelers heading into Bangkok, including both Thai and international tourists.



Ms. Anrin Chonsai Pun, Deputy Managing Director of Phumiphat Management Co., Ltd., discussed the progress of the community mall project, The Spheres Phetkasem, which has garnered significant interest and positive feedback from business partners. The primary reason for retailers to join the project is its prime location along Phetkasem Road, inbound to Bangkok, a major route connecting several roads including Phutthamonthon Sai 4 to Borommaratchachonnani Road, and Phetkasem Road to Bangkae Intersection connecting to Kanchanaphisek Road. This area is an economic zone with various industries, experiencing community expansion and a growing population density.



Currently, The Spheres Phetkasem is over 70% complete, with some sections already open, including the first Starbucks Drive-Thru on Phetkasem Road inbound to Bangkok in Samut Sakhon, designed as a rest stop for travelers. This Starbucks Drive-Thru is the first in Thailand to feature a pastel pink interior, refreshing the atmosphere. Other well-known brands such as Daiso, Watsons, Cha Tra Mue, Pharmax, and the Spheres Market, a large food court featuring over 50 popular eateries, are also now open for business, serving as a Food Hub for local residents.



The Spheres Market is another highlight of the project, intended to be a Food Hub for local residents, featuring a food court with delicious and famous eateries such as Ch. Hoi Thod, Heng Rad Na Yod Pak, Dong Mool Lek Noodles, Tum Yum Nua Pa La, Srinthip Kanom Bueng, Jai Aen Fish Balls, Queen Been Kebabs, Thonburi Ba Bin, Mahachai Ice Cream, Moo Baan Setthakit Chai, Chicky Chic 39 Ramen, Heng Pang Pao, Nobicha, and more.

In addition, several partner stores are currently under construction and decoration, including Lucky Suki, KOI, Thai Coffee, MR. D.I.Y, Otteri Wash & Dry, Top Charoen Optical, J&T Express, a supermarket, and other leading stores, set to open in October and November this year. Meanwhile, negotiations with many big-name retailers are ongoing, with deals expected to close soon. The Spheres Phetkasem aims to be fully operational by the end of this year or early next year, with a grand opening planned for the first quarter of 2025.



The Spheres Phetkasem is a large community mall located along Phetkasem Road at Soi Phetkasem 124-126, inbound to Bangkok, strategically positioned at the intersection of three provinces: Samut Sakhon, Nakhon Pathom, and Bangkok's western side. In the first phase, the project is developed on 18 rai of land out of a total of 30 rai (with the second phase covering 12 rai to be developed in the future). The Spheres Phetkasem has a usable area of approximately 11,000 square meters, consisting of 7 zones including:
