Land and Houses Public Company Limited has received 3 significant awards at the PropertyGuru Thailand Property Awards 2024, including Best Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok), Highly Commended Luxury Housing Development (Bangkok), and People’s Choice Award.

 

Mr. Chaiyapat Methanives (far left), Project Group Manager 11 of Land and Houses Public Company Limited represented the company in accepting the Best Housing Architectural Design (Bangkok) award for the VIVE Bangna km 13 project. This award is the highest recognition for residential architectural design, highlighting a unique and outstanding design that is innovative, aesthetically pleasing, and fully functional, providing true convenience for residents. The home features a lush design with a private garden, offering a Double Volume view of the natural surroundings and views from two sides in the master bedroom. It also incorporates solid sections and openings to ensure privacy throughout the house.
