Luxury Group by Marriott International Presents Unmatched Dining Experience Series
Luxury Group by Marriott International, a collective of 8 leading hotel brands including The Ritz-Carlton, Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Bvlgari Hotels & Resorts, St. Regis Hotels & Resorts, EDITION, The Luxury Collection, JW Marriott, and W Hotels, is launching the Luxury Group Dining Series, offering an exceptional dining experience across multiple countries from September to November 2024.
The selected premier hotels participating in this series include 6 locations: The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo, The St. Regis Bali, The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne, The Athenee Hotel, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Bangkok, The St. Regis Mumbai, and JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach. Each hotel will present specially crafted culinary experiences designed by top chefs and skilled food and beverage professionals from across the Asia-Pacific region and beyond. Additionally, the series collaborates with Marriott Bonvoy Moments, providing discerning travelers the opportunity to savor unique culinary experiences, with members able to bid using their points for these exclusive offerings.

The Luxury Group Dining Series showcases the pinnacle of food and beverage experiences across 6 destinations, featuring 23 participating restaurants and bars from over 25 hotels and resorts, highlighting the skills of more than 55 chefs and food and beverage professionals.
The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo: September 27 – 29
Top chefs from The Ritz-Carlton, Tokyo participating in this event include Teruki Murashima, Executive Chef from Héritage by Kei Kobayashi, Hisao Ishida, Chef de Cuisine from Hinokizaka, and Takuchi Nakano, Head Chef of Towers. Guests will enjoy an exceptional experience featuring specially crafted menus paired with fine wines from Château Haut-Brion or dishes specifically designed to complement fresh fish and sake at Hinokizaka. Additionally, Chef Vladimir Vega, Resident Chef at Arola and LAB by Sergio Arola, which has received a Michelin 1-star at Penha Longa Resort (part of The Ritz-Carlton portfolio), will collaborate with Chef Takuchi Nakano to create a themed matcha brunch at Towers.
Moreover, Kentaro Wada, Head Bartender at The Bar, champion of the Chivas Masters 2018 cocktail competition, and Yosuke Asano from The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto, champion of the Bacardi Legacy in Japan in 2020, will craft cocktails inspired by the Nakasendo route, reflecting the unique seasonal ingredients of Japan. In addition to a masterclass focusing on Japanese products, the hotel will collaborate with SUGI BEE GARDEN to launch a newly curated afternoon tea set, served at the Lobby Lounge.
The St. Regis Bali: October 4 – 6
Guests will savor a variety of Balinese delights crafted by renowned chefs and bartenders, starting with Arne Reehn, the head chef at IGNIV Bangkok, a Michelin-starred restaurant from The St. Regis Bangkok, who will create a special meal at Kayuputi for two nights, bringing their unique concept to Bali. Kayuputi will elevate its popular brunch with signature dishes from participating chefs, allowing guests to experience Balinese dining. They will also meet Spencer Patrick, the youngest chef ever to receive a Michelin star, who has over 20 years of Michelin-star experience, overseeing the cooking at Harrisons, a One Hat restaurant in the Australian Good Food Guide, for a premium beachside barbecue dinner that combines Australian techniques with Bali's finest ingredients. Three expert mixologists from The St. Regis hotels in Singapore, Jakarta, and Bali will collaborate to provide The St. Regis experience and present specially crafted cocktails to guests, including drink pairings, along with guest bartenders showcasing special drink recipes.
The Ritz-Carlton, Melbourne: October 17-19
The Luxury Group Dining Series arrives in Melbourne with Chef Angelo Agliano from Tosca di Angelo, a Michelin-starred restaurant at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, presenting signature dishes during lunch at Atria, a One Hat restaurant in the Australian Good Food Guide.
Cameo, located on the 80th floor, was recently ranked as the best hotel bar in Australia, with Gold Bar from The Tokyo Toranomon EDITION also featured in the additional list of Asia's 50 Best Bars in recent years. The team will be overseen by Head Bartender Hideyuki Saito, who ranked in the top 8 in the Bacardi Legacy 2017 Global Final in Berlin. Chef Angelo, focusing on local ingredients, will create outstanding canapés for the 'Indulgence Hour' at the Lobby Lounge, elevating after-work socializing to the ultimate luxury experience during happy hour.
The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, a Luxury Collection Hotel: October 31 – November 3
An amazing culinary experience awaits guests at The Athenee Hotel, Bangkok, a Luxury Collection Hotel, led by Executive Chef Christian Hergessel from Phulay Bay, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, who previously helmed award-winning restaurants (Tim Raue with 2 Michelin stars, Landhaus Bacher in Austria with 2 Michelin stars, Schwabenstube at Adler Asperg Hotel with 1 Michelin star) will oversee The Allium Bangkok, crafting a luxurious tasting menu featuring a variety of signature dishes from Lae Lay.
Giovanni Graciadei, Beverage Director of Punch Room at The Singapore EDITION, will elevate the beverage experience by presenting Punch Room's signature drinks at The Allium Bangkok. Previously, Giovanni was the Beverage Director of Jigger & Pony, ranked 2nd in Asia's 50 Best Bars 2023 and 14th in World's 50 Best Bars 2023 as a key bartender. At Hashiri, where ancient art meets culinary science, a special experience will be created with contemporary artists and special meals from two experienced chefs: Chef de Cuisine Alvin Chiu from Hashiri and Chef Nobuhiro Fujisawa from Mizuki at The Ritz-Carlton, Kyoto.
Additionally, Executive Chef Montree Jiratitanakij, a premium Thai cuisine expert with over 20 years of global experience, will collaborate with renowned local chefs to create a Four Hands dining experience at The House of Smooth Curry. Last but not least, Executive Chinese Chef de Cuisine Cheng Kam Sing will prepare premium dishes at The Silk Road, a Cantonese restaurant for guests to enjoy.
The St. Regis Mumbai: November 15 – 17
The impressive lineup of legendary chefs in Mumbai reflects a meticulous blend of cultures, starting with Spanish Chef Miguel Navarro from Es Fum, a Michelin-starred restaurant with 1 star at The St. Regis, Mallorca, who will oversee Koishii along with other talented chefs from The St. Regis Mumbai to offer a high-end dining experience. The bar will be led by Cassandra and Karina from Republic at The Ritz-Carlton, Millenia Singapore, a bar that has been ranked in Asia's 50 Best Bars since 2022, while Seven Kitchens will be the venue where head chefs gather to create an extravagant brunch, starting with Alessandro Pizzo from JW Marriott Mumbai Sahar, Show Chi Meng from The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore, Bhaskar Chakraborty from JW Marriott Kolkata, Sahil Sharma from JW Marriott Hotel New Delhi Aerocity, Chef Paul Kinney from The St. Regis Mumbai, and Chef Golpin Sienipar from The Westin Mumbai Powai Lake.
The Sahib Room & Kipling Bar at the hotel is the ultimate destination for Indian cuisine, hosting an exquisite Four-Hands dinner with talented chef Asif Qureshi from JW Marriott Mumbai Juhu. Dessert lovers will enjoy a masterclass on pastries and baking by guest chef Vineesh Johnny or savor afternoon tea with champagne in an haute couture theme at The Drawing Room.
JW Marriott Hotel Singapore South Beach: November 29 – December 1
This series of indulgence concludes in Singapore with a special dinner at the renowned Madame Fan, featuring Executive Chef Pak Chi Yit alongside Executive Chef Paul Lau Ping-Lui from Tin Lung Heen, a Michelin-starred restaurant with 2 stars at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, presenting an exquisite Chinese dinner menu to guests. Meanwhile, Chiu Ching Ting, Head Bartender of Madame Fan, along with the team from Bar Sathorn at W Bangkok, featuring award-winning Marco D'Onofrio, who received the Best Under 30 Italian Bartender award and ranked 6th in 2018, will enhance the event at Madame Fan and Madame Fan Bar, where guests will enjoy live performances in a Chinese theme by talented jazz musicians. The NCO Club will be a dream destination packed with various activities throughout the series, concluding with the Akira Back Brunch Club (A.B.C), featuring fresh sashimi and classic signature dishes blending contemporary Japanese and Korean cuisine from Akira Back restaurant.
