We currently manage 10 rental projects across 4 provinces, with a total of 1,500 units. In the Bangkok and surrounding areas, we have 4 projects: Hampton Residence Thonglor, Hampton Residence Phaya Thai, Hampton Residence Next to Emporium, and KnightBridge Samut Prakan City. The target customers for HHR include both Thai nationals and expatriates coming to work in Thailand, as well as project business groups engaging in trade in Bangkok, the surrounding areas, and the EEC, most of whom stay for short periods of 3-6 months.

Particularly in the EEC area, there is a continuous increase in demand for rental housing from customers in Chonburi and Rayong. In 2023, foreign investors invested more than 90% in the EEC compared to the previous year. In the first half of 2024, investments in the EEC increased by 17%, totaling 179.984 billion baht, primarily focusing on the electronics and electrical appliances industry, the automotive industry, and petrochemical and chemical product manufacturing. Notably, China has established the most factories in the EEC for producing EVs and electronic equipment in the Bangsaen, Sriracha, and Rayong zones, followed by investors from Thailand, Singapore, Japan, and South Korea.

"As foreign investment increases, so does the demand for housing for expatriates who will be coming to work long-term in Thailand. There will be a need for housing for engineers and operational staff near industrial sites, as well as for mid to senior-level executives near offices in urban areas and communities of various nationalities. Today, clients looking for long-term accommodation are not just seeking rental rooms; they prioritize residences that offer services that enhance their living experience, such as breakfast services, concierge services akin to personal assistants, and other support services for those working in Thailand, such as cleaning and laundry services," Ms. Pinita added.

Currently, HHR manages clients from 5 nationalities: Thai (35%), Chinese (30%), Japanese (20%), Malaysian and Indonesian (10%), and German (5%). Most of them rent long-term for 3 to 12 months, with average rental rates ranging from 10,000 to 40,000 baht per month for the EEC area, while in Thonglor, Phaya Thai, and Sukhumvit 24, rental rates range from 20,000 to 80,000 baht per month.
