This event gathers leading real estate developers from around the world for knowledge exchange.

The conference focuses on development strategies and the transformation of real estate projects worldwide into modern buildings that accommodate diverse uses, addressing both economic dimensions and the quality of life for residents and users. It will take place from September 23 to 27, 2024, in London, UK, and Paris, France, organized by the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH), a global non-profit organization dedicated to promoting smart cities and sustainable real estate development, as well as serving as a database for ranking tall buildings worldwide. This year's theme, 'New or Renew,' emphasizes the challenges of real estate development that must consider preserving the historical value of locations, the environment, and simultaneously driving economic and social progress. Dusit Central Park is the only project from Thailand participating in this presentation.

During this event, Khun Lhaeiat Kowawisarach, CEO of Vimaan Surya Co., Ltd., presented insights and exchanged views on the development, design, and details of Dusit Central Park, the new world-class mixed-use project in Bangkok. He shared how the project preserves the historical value of the original Dusit Thani Hotel while enhancing its potential to meet current and future demands through a mixed-use development approach, including The Residences at Dusit Central Park, which is a Thai-branded residence of international standards recognized by both Thai and foreign clients. The presentation, titled 'From Legend to Future: Transforming a Legacy into a Market-shaping Development,' was shared with leading real estate developers from over 55 countries worldwide, offering a fresh perspective on large-scale real estate development in Thailand that has never been seen before. This sets a new standard with potential comparable to international benchmarks for future real estate development in Thailand. This project is considered one of Thailand's pride projects that the world is watching, successfully preserving the legacy of the original Dusit Thani Bangkok, a legendary hotel in Thailand and once the tallest hotel in the country in 1970, while adding new value in three components: The Residences at Dusit Central Park, Central Park Retail, and Central Park Offices, all interconnected by a large Roof Park. The Residences at Dusit Central Park will rise to 299 meters from base to top, making it the tallest under-construction project and, upon completion, one of the top five tallest projects in Thailand (certified by CTBUH as of August 29, 2024).
