Mr. Taweepong Vichaidit, Governor of the National Housing Authority, stated that under the 5x5 policy aimed at addressing the population crisis, led by Mr. Warawut Silpa-archa, Minister of Social Development and Human Security, the focus is on providing homes for all age groups and target demographics to ensure safe and quality living conditions. The National Housing Authority, as a state enterprise under the Ministry of Social Development and Human Security, has the primary mission of developing housing so that every Thai citizen can have their own home while improving the quality of life for residents in terms of physical, economic, social, and environmental aspects, especially for low-income groups and vulnerable households, including government employees. Thus, the 'Choose Your Own' promotion has been organized, featuring various types of housing, including single houses, duplexes, townhomes, and condominiums in quality locations such as Bangkok, Nonthaburi, Samut Prakan, Chiang Mai, Ubon Ratchathani, Saraburi, Chonburi, Trang, and Phuket, among others. With 171 projects offering discounts of up to 25% and bonuses tailored to customer preferences, government employees will receive an additional top-up of up to 15,000 Baht, with prices starting at 250,000 Baht and reservations beginning at just 1,000 Baht, with the promotion ending on September 30, 2024.

Therefore, the NHA has organized the 'Choose Your Own' promotion to provide opportunities for Thai people to own their homes more easily at affordable prices with manageable payment plans, improving their living conditions in line with the organization's vision of 'Building Homes, Creating Happiness for a Better Quality of Life.' We are offering numerous discounts and special offers, and to ensure that many do not miss this great opportunity, we invite those looking for housing to visit our projects or search for projects in their areas of interest through the NHA website or page to see if the projects they are interested in are participating in the promotion before deciding to become part of the NHA family,” Mr. Taweepong added.

For those interested in the National Housing Authority's projects, they will receive benefits and discounts under the 'Choose Your Own' promotion as follows: general customers can choose discounts of 5-20%, while vulnerable groups, including persons with disabilities, the elderly, and single parents, can choose discounts of 10-25% or select discounts along with bonuses such as furniture, appliances, tablets, or smartphones (the total value of bonuses combined with discounts will not exceed the cash discount of each project). Government employees purchasing projects that participate in social project categories will receive an additional discount of 5,000 Baht, while commercial projects priced at no more than 2,500,000 Baht will receive an additional discount of 10,000 Baht, and commercial projects priced above 2,500,000 Baht will receive an additional discount of 15,000 Baht. Additionally, the NHA has further reduced the prices of the affordable housing projects, with units starting at just 250,000 Baht for 24 square meter units and 390,000 Baht for 33 square meter units. The terms and conditions and the projects participating in each promotion are as specified by the National Housing Authority.
