They are promoting eco-friendly construction materials across 78 Supalai housing projects nationwide, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and move towards a sustainable low-carbon society. This initiative also enhances comfortable living spaces, addressing both functionality and design with the "Ultimate Protection" feature, which ensures homes are quieter, cooler, dust-free, and more secure than ever.

Mr. Kittipong Sirilaktrakul, Deputy Managing Director of Supalai Public Company Limited, stated, "Supalai is committed to developing residential projects with a focus on selecting high-quality materials and equipment that meet safety standards, catering to every lifestyle of our customers. We continuously innovate new housing solutions to enhance the comfort of residents. Furthermore, we aim to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 40% by 2030, emphasizing sustainable business practices, environmentally friendly housing designs, the use of Green Products, and effective waste management to create green living spaces and become a comprehensive Zero Waste organization."

Supalai is also collaborating with business partners to create innovative housing solutions through knowledge exchange, research, and the development of high-quality products that can be practically applied. Supalai has partnered with Windsor, a market leader in vinyl doors and windows within the SCG Chemicals group (SCGC), to develop new technologies that enhance the efficiency of door and window assembly, reducing energy consumption in production and consequently lowering carbon dioxide emissions. Additionally, this collaboration minimizes waste generated during the assembly process, ensuring that Supalai has been selecting Windsor vinyl doors and windows for many years, guaranteeing that homes across the country using Windsor products are environmentally friendly, reaffirming Supalai's commitment to creating a better environment and a sustainable future for everyone. SCG Chemicals (SCGC) has a corporate vision focused on addressing global warming, aiming to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 20% by 2030 and striving for Carbon Neutrality by 2050.

Mr. Apichart Prawanan, Project Sales Manager and Profiles Business Sponsor at Navaplastics Industry Co., Ltd. under SCG Chemicals (SCGC), said, "In the current state of global warming, it presents challenges for many sectors and requires collaboration to achieve our goals effectively. In the Windsor business, we are committed to promoting sustainability with eco-friendly vinyl door and window materials under the vision of 'WINDSOR for Sustainability.' We are advancing the production process of vinyl doors and windows in a unique 'Pre-cut' format exclusive to the Windsor brand, certified by SCG Green Choice, which generates zero waste during assembly and has received certification for Carbon Footprint Product (CFP) and Carbon Reduction Label (CFR), significantly reducing carbon dioxide emissions from decreased energy use in production."

Every use of Windsor vinyl doors and windows in one house, through the Pre-cut assembly process, can reduce carbon dioxide emissions by up to 39 kilograms (kgCO2), equivalent to planting five trees. In the past year, Supalai has chosen Windsor products for 78 projects nationwide, resulting in a total reduction of over 194,062 kgCO2, equivalent to planting 22,612 trees.

Moreover, Windsor promotes innovations that enhance comfortable living with the "Ultimate Protection" feature designed to shield homes and residents from disturbances, catering to the lifestyles of Thai people in terms of both functionality and design. Homes equipped with Windsor products are "quieter" than those with standard aluminum frames by 40%, reducing external noise by up to 32 decibels. They are also "cooler" due to effective heat insulation, leading to long-term energy savings and potential reductions in electricity bills of up to 9,144 baht per year. Additionally, they are "dust-free," preventing PM2.5 pollution from entering homes by three times, and "more secure," preventing water and air leaks and resisting strong winds with robust structures, ensuring comfortable living for both residential and high-rise buildings. Supalai is committed to selecting quality products for the well-being of its residents while being environmentally friendly and sustainable.

*The trees mentioned refer to teak trees that can absorb approximately 8.6 kgCO2 according to the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization (Public Organization).

*Calculations are based on a single-family home with a usable area of 150 square meters, using doors and windows covering an area of 44 square meters.
