Ms. Duangporn Busarawong, Senior Vice President of Human Resources Management and Organizational Efficiency at Nakhon Luang Cement Public Company Limited (left) represented the company in receiving a plaque of honor from the Labor Skill Development Network, which supports the operations of the Department of Skill Development for the year 2023-2024, presented by Mr. Pipat Ratchakitprakarn, Minister of Labor (right), at the meeting room on the 5th floor of the Ministry of Labor.

In the year 2023-2024, the company has supported over 215 tons of cement for training construction workers in various courses as per the plan of the Department of Skill Development across 40 provinces, with more than 1,200 individuals completing the training. Additionally, training has been provided under the “Construction Craftsman 4.0” project to enhance the skills of construction workers in various provinces nationwide.

This collaborative project has been continuously supported by the company for over 25 years, with a total of more than 26,000 trained construction workers. The aim is to elevate the skill levels of Thai construction workers, thereby increasing income opportunities and reducing unemployment issues at both community and national levels. It also promotes the sustainability development goals for 2030 (INSEE Sustainability Ambition 2030) of the company group.
