Phuket Continues to Buzz! Foreign Buyers Snap Up 2 New Origin Condos Before Official Sales Launch: So Origin Kata Phuket and Origin Place Centre Phuket
Origin Property continues to rake in sales in Phuket, surpassing 1,000 million baht as foreign buyers rush to purchase 2 new condominiums, “So Origin Kata Phuket” and “Origin Place Centre Phuket,” even before the official sales launch. This success follows the introduction of the Origin Agent Club, which collaborates with agents from various nationalities to boost access to the new projects in the Russian, Taiwanese, Hong Kong, and Singapore markets. The official sales for both projects are set to launch in September, with plans to unveil another 3 new projects soon.

Mr. Pirapong Jarunake, CEO of Origin Property Public Company Limited (ORI), a comprehensive real estate developer, stated that the real estate market in Phuket remains vibrant. Recently, the company has successfully captured sales from foreign markets for 2 new condominium projects that have not yet officially launched: 1. So Origin Kata Phuket and 2. Origin Place Centre Phuket, with a total value exceeding 1,000 million baht.

Previously, Origin has launched a total of 3 condominium projects in Phuket, with a combined value of 5,150 million baht, including 1. The Origin Centre Phuket, which sold out within 6 weeks, 2. The Origin Kathu-Patong, a new project in the Kathu area, and 3. So Origin Bangtao Beach, which officially launched for sale earlier this year. As of June 2023, these 3 projects have accumulated sales of over 4,000 million baht, representing more than 80% of the total project value.

Mr. Thanakorn Wuttipong, Director of International Business at Origin Vertical Corporation, stated that the launch of the Origin Agent Club earlier this year has been highly successful, increasing our partnerships with real estate agents both domestically and internationally. This has allowed all Origin projects to reach foreign markets more effectively, particularly in Russia, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Singapore, which are key markets for Phuket.
