Sansiri, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, is investing 1.4 billion baht on nearly 100 rai of land in Pathum Thani to construct its fifth and sixth green precast factories. This expansion will enhance its production capacity to cover all products in the real estate development sector. The company has partnered with Burapha Concrete and Construction Co., Ltd., a top contractor in the country with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry, and Onwalla Co., Ltd., the exclusive distributor of ABUS industrial machinery from Germany in Thailand. Other business partners include Chokchai Engineering Co., Ltd., Ideas Solution Group Co., Ltd., and Civil Design Planning Co., Ltd. to ensure the construction proceeds as planned.

Currently, Sansiri operates four precast factories located in Pathum Thani, with a total production capacity of 1,700,000 square meters per year, capable of producing precast concrete panels for 5,000 residential units annually. It is the first and only green precast factory in Thailand, featuring WASTE MANAGEMENT innovations that reduce waste within the factory by up to 98% (with no noise or air pollution). It is certified with ISO9001 & ISO14001 for both quality management and environmental management systems, being the first in the Thai real estate sector to receive such certifications from TÜV Nord (Thailand) Co., Ltd., a recognized Certification Body accredited by the German Accreditation Body and NAC, along with receiving a green label certification from the Ministry of Industry.

The fifth and sixth precast factories of Sansiri are expected to commence operations and start production in early 2025, which will increase the production capacity by an additional 1,000,000 square meters per year. This will cover clubhouse structures, main entrance gates, and other precast components under Sansiri's quality control standards, supporting the launch of 46 new projects valued at 61 billion baht (the highest in the residential sector).
