“ASW” Showcases Potential for the Second Half of the Year Starting Q3/67 with Ongoing Transfers from Q2 with Two Major Projects “Kave Town Island” a prime campus condo near Bangkok University with a sales rate of 99% and “The Title HALO 1” Leisure Condo in Phuket with over 93% sales totaling 5.037 billion baht. Ready to push forward with 4 new completed housing and condo projects for continuous revenue recognition, confident that the second half of the year will remain strong, supporting the revenue target of 8.7 billion baht.

Mr. Kramchat Wiphanpong, Chief Executive Officer of Asset Wise Public Company Limited (ASW) a leading real estate development company under the concept of “Happiness Designed for You” or “We Build Happiness,” revealed that as of the end of Q2/2567, the company has a total backlog of 23.678 billion baht. In the second half of 2567, the company will gradually transfer ownership from Q2/2567 in two ready-to-move-in condominium projects worth a total of 5.037 billion baht, including Kave Town Island, a campus condo in a prime location near Bangkok University with 1,770 units, achieving a sales rate of 99%. In Q2/2567, the company recognized 34% of the revenue from this project, and The Title HALO 1, a leisure condominium near Phuket Airport with 329 units, developed by Rompho Property Public Company Limited (TITLE), a subsidiary, has achieved over 93% sales, with the company recognizing 15% of the revenue. Both projects will be the main drivers of revenue in Q3/2567.

Additionally, the company is preparing to transfer ownership of 4 new completed projects, including 2 condominium projects worth a total of 1.3 billion baht, which are:
1. Kave Pop Salaya, a campus condo with 237 units, located on a prime road in Salaya-Nakhon Chai Si, just 5 minutes from Mahidol University Salaya.
2. Kave Embryo Rangsit, a campus condo with 514 units, located opposite Rajamangala University of Technology Thanyaburi.
And two newly launched horizontal projects worth a total of 3.3 billion baht, which are:
3. The Arbor Ramintra-Watcharapol, a single-house project in a natural atmosphere near the Chalong Ratch Expressway (Ramintra-At Narong) with 127 units starting at 8.99 million baht.
And 4. CHANN The Riverside Boromratchachonnani, a single-house project in a prime location by the Tha Chin River with 112 units starting at 15-30 million baht.



“In the first six months, we have already surpassed half of our annual revenue target and achieved a New High in terms of sales, revenue, and net profit, even amidst economic challenges. We are confident that in the second half of the year, ASW will continue to perform well, both in recognizing revenue from residential projects and recurring income from investments in potential businesses, which will help drive us to reach our revenue goal of 8.7 billion baht,” said Mr. Kramchat.
