The VEHHA Hua Hin condominium project has signed a collaboration agreement with Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin and Vana Nava Water Park to create a connection between the condo, hotel, and water park, completing the largest mixed-use development in Hua Hin, spanning over 35 rai. This partnership aims to elevate the living experience through seamless hotel services, blending fun and exclusivity for every lifestyle, reinforcing the concept of New Lifestyle Seaview Residences, the only fully-equipped luxury condo in Hua Hin.

Mr. Phumiphat Sinacharoen, CEO of Proud Real Estate Public Company Limited, revealed that the company has finalized an agreement between the VEHHA Hua Hin condominium project, Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin, and Vana Nava Water Park to establish a connection allowing condo residents to use an Exclusive Service Gate for special access to the hotel and water park services, with the contract lasting until 2032.

This collaboration aims to enhance the living experience at VEHHA Hua Hin, providing residents with convenient access to hotel services under the world-class standards of the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG). Services include in-room dining, housekeeping, laundry, personalized dining options, and various exclusive benefits when using the hotel facilities, such as special discounts on international spa services. Additionally, the project offers 30 amenities and communal spaces designed to elevate relaxation, including an Outdoor Garden Theater, Sky Meditation, Family Cabana with Hot Tub, Glamping, and Nature Lab, catering to all lifestyle needs. Residents will also enjoy free access to Vana Nava Water Park for three years and numerous benefits from luxury partners, including local alliances with restaurants, cafes, and services in Hua Hin, enhancing the unique living experience at VEHHA Hua Hin every day.

Furthermore, Holiday Inn Resort Vana Nava Hua Hin has signed a lease agreement with the State Railway of Thailand (SRT) to create an access point to Hua Hin Beach at Khao Takiab through Nong Kae Railway Station, improving travel convenience to this mixed-use area. This initiative responds to government policies aimed at developing mega infrastructure projects to facilitate easier and faster travel for tourists to Hua Hin. Currently, the access point is under renovation and is expected to open in the fourth quarter of 2024.

The VEHHA Hua Hin project, a luxury high-rise condominium with a total project value of 2.289 billion baht, has received positive feedback from both Thai and international customers. Currently, 208 out of 364 units have been sold, amounting to 1.36 billion baht. The construction progress stands at 39%, with occupancy expected in the second quarter of 2025.
