THANA Reports 1H2567 Results with Total Revenue of 612 Million Baht and Cash Dividend Payment of 0.025 Baht on September 5
THANA has announced its first-half performance, reporting total revenue from real estate and services at 612 million baht, showing a slight growth compared to last year, with transfer sales waiting at 213 million baht. The company also confirmed that on September 5, it will distribute a cash dividend of 0.025 baht. In the third quarter, the company plans to launch 3 new projects in areas of expertise, with a total value of 1.2 billion baht, starting sales on August 17-18 for the Thanahabitat project in Nakhon In-Phraram 5, with prices starting at 8.XX million baht.
Mr. Sutthirak Sateeraphapuyuth, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), and Mr. Thanisorn Nitisarophas, Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of Thanasi Group (THANA), jointly revealed the company's first-half performance during an Opportunity Day event held online. They reported that total revenue for the first half of 2567 from real estate and services was 612 million baht, reflecting a slight growth of approximately +7% compared to the same period last year, with transfer sales at 213 million baht from both the company's projects and joint ventures, aligning with the strategy for balanced, livable, and sustainable growth.

Additionally, they mentioned the cash dividend payment of 0.025 baht (for the operational period from January 1 to June 30, 2567), scheduled for September 5, 2567. They also revealed that in the third quarter, the company will proceed to launch 3 new projects in the Nakhon In-Phraram 5-Pinklao area under the brands “Thanahabitat” and “Thanapark Prive,” with a total value of 1.2 billion baht. The Thanahabitat project in Nakhon In-Phraram 5, the fourth joint venture project developed by Anabuki Thanasi Thailand, valued at 800 million baht, will start sales on August 17-18.

The houses for sale will be large single-family homes in a special zone at the front of the project, with prices starting at 8.XX million baht, targeting customers looking to expand their families, aged 30-50 years. The design concept is “Nature Creates, Design Charms,” featuring a modern tropical style that emphasizes simple lines and the use of natural materials with warm tones to create a relaxing atmosphere and a sense of unity with nature. The design of the living space is focused on spaciousness to provide residents with a comfortable and airy feeling, effectively dissipating heat from the weather. Additionally, the design accommodates all activities for residents of all ages.
