Univenture Public Company Limited (UV)<\/span><\/strong> has announced its financial results for the third quarter of 2023 (April 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023), reporting total revenue of 3.886 billion baht and a normalized net profit of 196 million baht.<\/strong><\/p>

Mr. Kampon Poonsonni, the CEO of Univenture Public Company Limited (UV), commented on the financial performance for the third quarter of 2023 (April 1, 2023 - June 30, 2023), stating that the company achieved total revenue of 3.886 billion baht, with revenue contributions from the investment business amounting to 2.681 billion baht, representing 69%. Revenue from real estate and related businesses was 938 million baht, accounting for 24%, while revenue from the industrial sector was 232 million baht, making up 6%, and other revenues totaled 35 million baht, or 1% of total revenue. The normalized net profit stood at 196 million baht, while the net profit according to financial statements was 92 million baht.<\/strong><\/p>

“Although this quarter saw a decrease in revenue from investments in power generation businesses compared to the same period last year, due to rising gas cost prices while the average electricity tariff (Ft) decreased, the company's policy of balancing its investment portfolio has allowed it to achieve increased revenue from the transfer of condominium ownership compared to the same period last year. The company will continue to maintain a balance in recognizing revenue from its current investments while exploring opportunities in other potential businesses to drive growth and returns as targeted,” Mr. Kampon stated.<\/span><\/p>

Additionally, this year the company is focusing on organizational transformation to enhance personnel expertise, increase business value, and create sustainable returns continuously,” Mr. Kampon added.<\/span><\/p>
