  • Entrepreneurs are rapidly adapting to global trends, noting that "INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY" and intelligent solutions are key mechanisms to enhance production efficiency, elevating Thailand to a global industrial hub.
  • Highlighting the production chain, technology, and transportation as critical factors impacting the industry, with significant risks affecting businesses and causing disruptions.

The Ministry of Industry, the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand, and the Federation of Thai Industries, along with LIV-24 Co., Ltd., organized the major event of the year, honored by Ms. Pimpatra Vichai-kul, Minister of Industry, who shared her vision and policies to elevate Thailand to a global industrial hub during the seminar LIV-24 Industrial Tech Revolution: Breaking Through Limits to a Sustainable Industrial Era with AI and Industrial Tech, attended by leaders from over 200 companies.

Ms. Niramon Direkmahamongkol, Managing Director of LIV-24 Co., Ltd., stated, "The industrial sector is one of the key business groups driving the country's economy, creating jobs across various sectors and pushing for the development and advancement of technology in the country. Today, we conduct business with the help of AI. The important thing is that AI is not something to cope with but a tool that adds value to businesses, stimulating changes in operations to align with the context of the global economy and society. Thai entrepreneurs place great importance on this, incorporating various technologies and innovations to create added value, enhancing competitiveness from upstream (research and development, design, and sourcing) to midstream (production, waste management) and downstream (transportation, distribution, and after-sales service) to ensure businesses are flexible, able to handle risks and external factors, and can grow sustainably."

LIV-24 is an expert in designing solutions that meet the needs of all types of entrepreneurs, covering over 130 projects, with 500,000 cases handled and zero cases of harm to life and property. It is the first industrial solution in Thailand, integrating INDUSTRIAL TECHNOLOGY that uses AI technology with human experience, designed to meet the diverse needs of customers in various industries, such as fire protection systems, smart cameras for anomaly detection, system maintenance, transportation, wastewater management, and energy management, connected to a central command center (Command Centre) that can monitor in real-time 24 hours a day, seven days a week, enhancing efficiency, deep data analysis, allowing factories to operate at maximum efficiency, reducing wasted time, increasing productivity, enhancing safety with intelligent detection and alert systems 24 hours a day, preventing accident risks, creating a safe working environment, reducing energy costs, maintaining equipment, and reducing carbon emissions to the community, resulting in a total business cost reduction of up to 20%. Currently, the main customer groups include industrial factories, mixed-use real estate projects, and office buildings, with a total asset value of over 300 billion baht.

Key factors affecting the competitiveness of the industry include the production chain, technology, transportation infrastructure, ease of doing business, capital, and the availability of raw materials are crucial for the competitiveness of entrepreneurs, and LIV-24 will be another key driver in creating perfect solutions. We can analyze data and predict problems quickly, while humans will assist in decision-making and timely problem-solving. This important collaboration today will support the Thai industrial sector to strengthen and enhance competitiveness at the international level, marking another significant step towards elevating the country to the goal of becoming a center for industry and innovation in the region,” Ms. Niramon stated.

Mr. Kriangkrai Thiennukul, President of the Federation of Thai Industries, stated that AI technology is essential to support Thai entrepreneurs, with large and medium enterprises already adopting it, while small and SME groups still lack this aspect. Therefore, the FTI has set a goal of 4 Gold: Digital-AI, Innovation, Global, and Green, resulting in the Digital Day project, which provides necessary AI platforms for FTI members at a very low cost of only 1,100 baht, making it accessible for small businesses. The FTI will continue to push for SMEs to move forward and compete in the global market, believing there are still high opportunities if they can access more modern solutions.

Assoc. Prof. Weerith Amrapal, Governor of the Industrial Estate Authority of Thailand (IEAT), stated, “IEAT, as a state enterprise under the Ministry of Industry, is ready to drive the organization's plans to achieve goals effectively. IEAT recognizes the importance of private sector investment in driving the country's economy. This year, IEAT has set a plan to revive investment by reducing its role as a regulatory agency to become a facilitator focused on facilitating and supporting entrepreneurs in all aspects to build confidence among investors while bringing industrial estates to international standards with sustainable innovation, including upgrading industrial estates to become eco-industrial towns, promoting efficient resource management, reducing greenhouse gas emissions, and focusing on effective waste management. We believe that the industrial sector in Thailand remains a strong sector, even when facing various challenges, and LIV-24 will be another important solution that will enhance business efficiency with intelligent AI technology and contribute to promoting smart industrial estates while elevating Thai industry to international standards.”
