Mr. Witakarn Janthawimon, Deputy Managing Director of Corporate Strategy and Innovation at AP Thailand Public Company Limited, a leader in Thai real estate development, stated that the performance for the first six months of 2024 (January - June) showed good growth, with total revenue from horizontal products and condominiums (100% JV) and other businesses reaching 21.13 billion baht, while net profit was 2.28 billion baht.

In particular, in the second quarter of 2024, the company generated total revenue from horizontal products and condominiums (100% JV) and other businesses amounting to 11.56 billion baht, a growth of 20.8% from the previous quarter, with a net profit of 1.27 billion baht, an increase of 25.8% from the previous quarter.
