We invited both residents and the general public to join in tasting three exquisite coffee menus crafted by three famous baristas in the coffee industry: Ms. Tipmas Saensuk, a member of the AEROPRESS THAILAND competition team; Mr. Boat - Bongkot Rujichit, a former member of the renowned Japanese coffee shop 'KURASU'; and Ms. Nuch - Porntip Boonyawanishkul, co-founder of the secret cafe PPAL Cafe located in the SCOPE Promsri condominium. They created exclusive menus specifically for this event in an 'Omakase Coffee Tasting' format using a Moccamaster with high-quality coffee beans, including the Ethiopia Yaye Micro-lot Special Natural Processing known for its floral and fruity notes, and the Man of Steel coffee beans from Thailand/Brazil, which offer a smooth, chocolate-like experience."

All menus use the same coffee beans available in every SCOPE project, and they can be easily recreated at home with readily available ingredients, adding a special touch to daily coffee experiences. The menus include:

  1. Jolly – A blend of Japanese cranberry juice, pomegranate juice, and ginger ale mixed with Man of Steel coffee, served in a wine glass, paired with cheese and green grapes, perfect for refreshing any situation.
  2. Peace – A refreshing drink featuring the aromatic notes of butterfly pea and peppermint tea, combined with the sweet juiciness of orange juice and honey, enhanced by the caramelized aroma of Ethiopia Yaye Micro-lot coffee to boost its intensity.
  3. Tender – A warm and comforting menu featuring 70% dark chocolate from French cocoa and the flavor of Man of Steel coffee, topped with soft almond foam, ideal for recharging energy on a new day or during cool weather.
