L.P.N. Development Public Company Limited (LPN) is undergoing another transformation to establish a framework for the organization in the new era. The board has resolved to appoint Ms. Daranee Chattapiriyapand as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), effective August 16, 2024, as previously notified to the Stock Exchange of Thailand.

This restructuring of management in the second half of the year is timely according to the company's strategy. Ms. Daranee Chattapiriyapand will take over the CEO position from Mr. Apichart Kasemkulseri, who has been entrusted by the board to assume the role of Chairman of the Executive Board, effective August 16, 2024.

For the first half of 2024, the company reported total revenue from operations of 3,785 million baht, an increase of over 6% (YoY) from the first half of 2023, which was 3,564 million baht. As of the end of 2023, the company had a registered capital of 1,454 million baht and accumulated profits over 30 years, resulting in shareholders' equity of 11,959 million baht. This amount enables the company to invest further in both real estate and other businesses, leading to long-term revenue generation.
