Ananda Development Public Company Limited, or ANAN, a leader in urban residential development and the condominium market near BTS stations, reinforces its brand identity as a city-centric company through the “ANANDA JOYFUL LIVING” Corporate Branding Campaign, which emphasizes the importance of location, convenience in commuting, working, and lifestyle, while promoting a better quality of life for city dwellers. This initiative aims to provide urban residents with spaces to engage in activities and unleash positive energy by enhancing and adding vibrancy to the futsal field with designs that resonate with urban life, located within Wachirabenchathat Park (Railway Park). This will enable city dwellers to maintain good health and have more opportunities for exercise, as well as encourage them to live life to the fullest.

Mr. Chanont Ruangkritya, CEO of Ananda Development Public Company Limited, stated that after launching the branding campaign “ANANDA JOYFUL LIVING” #UrbanJoyEveryDay with Ananda’s residences, the company aims to convey JOYFUL living through the perspective of urban life. This commitment reinforces Ananda’s identity as a residential brand for city dwellers, focusing on developing urban residences that provide comfort and allow residents to have time to live life on their own terms. Ananda believes that changing mindsets and embracing a more vibrant lifestyle can bring happiness to city dwellers every day and at every moment. Recently, Ananda has taken steps to enhance the quality of life for urban residents in all dimensions, including prioritizing their health. The fast-paced lifestyle and limited living spaces often leave little time for city dwellers to care for their health. By delivering a positive atmosphere through quality residential developments, Ananda supports urban residents in having spaces for activities and unleashing their creative energy.

Recognizing the importance of this issue, Ananda has conducted research and surveys of public parks in the city center that are close to community hubs and large business areas, ensuring they are easily accessible and safe. These areas are popular among the public. Ananda has coordinated with government agencies, including the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's Office of Culture, Sports, and Tourism, to jointly select suitable locations for creating creative spaces for city dwellers. The conclusion is to establish four futsal fields, each measuring 45.10 x 22.50 meters, within Railway Park (Wachirabenchathat Park). The project will be divided into two parts: the first involves repairing the existing damaged surface by removing the old rubber sheets, sanding the surface, and applying a new coat to the damaged areas, using TOA Extra Wet Primer, a high-moisture-resistant primer with special resin properties that breathe and allow moisture to escape. The fields will be marked, the fences will be repainted, and the goals will be improved, along with applying TOA Roof Paint, which is suitable for various surfaces such as tennis and basketball courts. The design will feature patterns in the Urban Joy concept, with the project scheduled to run from February to June 2024.

Mr. Ponganan Sukasem, Chief Marketing Officer of Ananda Development Public Company Limited, stated that Ananda understands the context of urban living. In addition to designing projects that meet residents' needs, Ananda aims to promote a better quality of life for city dwellers by supporting creative spaces for happiness and encouraging them to live life to the fullest. This reinforces the Urban Living Solutions concept, which seeks to contribute to improving the city. Ananda collaborates with leading partners, including TOA Paint (Thailand) Public Company Limited, Uwork 999, Phon Phra Nakhon, Wisawapat, TTS Engineering (2004), Embassy, Pawinwat, and THS Parking Solutions, along with supporting partners such as Daikin Air Conditioning (Thailand), Modernform Group Public Company Limited, Starmark Manufacturing, SB Furniture, and Mitsubishi Elevator (Thailand), to enhance the public sports area of Wachirabenchathat Sports Center (Railway Park). They invite city dwellers to exercise at the newly renovated futsal fields and promote the idea that “a happy life starts with a positive feeling. #AnandaInvitesYouToBuildTheCity,” with all partners working together to improve and decorate the happiness space for city dwellers to unleash their energy fully, aiming to create a better quality of life for youth, communities, and all city residents. Interested individuals can register at the sports center of Wachirabenchathat (Railway Park).

The design concept for the futsal fields at the newly renovated Wachirabenchathat Sports Center (Railway Park) is inspired by the Urban Joy concept, reflecting the happiness and fun of people and the city coming together in JOY. This idea has been incorporated into the futsal field design, considering the Joy Joy lifestyle of city dwellers, such as living, the vibrancy of the city, and commuting. Various shapes of the city, colors, and movements of urban life have been simplified to create a fun atmosphere on this futsal field. The patterns on the field combine graphic shapes that represent the diverse architectural forms of the city, with lines connecting different shapes symbolizing the movement of electric trains, cars, and roads, generating the dynamic energy of the city. Bright colors like orange, blue, green, yellow, and red are used to create a lively, energetic, and enjoyable atmosphere for city dwellers. This futsal field will be a new destination for urban residents seeking relaxation and fun, with a design that reflects the diversity and energy of urban life.
