Because Sustainability Must Be 'Co-created': Pruksa Holding Unites Its Subsidiaries and Employees to Build a Sustainable Society for Well-being
Pruksa Holding is advancing towards becoming a sustainable organization by collaborating with its subsidiaries in real estate, healthcare, and e-commerce. It integrates cooperation among employees at all levels, leveraging internal capabilities to take action and create continuous momentum. Together with partners who share the same goals, it continues to innovate sustainability through various projects, reinforcing the belief that achieving sustainability in Thai society cannot be driven by a single person or organization.

Mr. Uthen Lohachitpitak, CEO of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, stated that Pruksa Holding and its subsidiaries share a common goal: to become an organization focused on sustainable development to create economic value, enhance the quality of life for people in society, and reduce environmental impacts. This is achieved by harnessing the power of businesses and employees within the group, including real estate businesses like Pruksa Real Estate, Inno Precast, and Inno Home, which are committed to delivering quality housing through various innovations. The healthcare business, represented by the Wimutt group and its network, aims to ensure that Thai people maintain good health. The digital and e-commerce business, under Synergy Growth, supports modern lifestyles by using technology to enhance convenience.
“Having a diverse group of businesses and employees from different sectors collaborating and bringing their expertise to support one another allows us to successfully achieve our sustainability development goals while also responding to the organization's five core values: 1) Customer Empathy - quality as core, understanding and caring for customers; 2) Drive for Synergy - working together; 3) Impact for Good - doing good for positive outcomes; 4) Forward Thinking - being open-minded, daring to innovate, and creating progress; and 5) People First - trusting, respecting, and enjoying work. Additionally, we have partners who share our goals and recognize each other's potential, leading to many projects that can be expanded for sustainability and continuing the concept of well-being for society,” Mr. Uthen said.

Utilizing Green Technology 'Carbon Q' to Produce the First Low-Carbon Precast in the Industry
Carbon Q, developed by Inno Precast, a subsidiary of Pruksa Holding, is a concrete solution technology that injects carbon collected from petrochemical plants into the concrete mixing process, helping to reduce carbon emissions into the atmosphere by up to 1,000 tons per year. This investment creates sustainability for the environment and reduces cement usage by 5% while maintaining the strength of the concrete to standard specifications. Recently, it received the first and only carbon footprint reduction label in the precast industry in Thailand and has been awarded a carbon footprint label for its products from the Greenhouse Gas Management Organization.
Partnering with 'Insee Cement' to Use 'Green Cement' Innovation to Reduce Greenhouse Gas Emissions
Pruksa has partnered with Insee Cement to use Insee Diamond Easy Flow cement, a climate-friendly cement that helps reduce greenhouse gas emissions. Currently, Insee Diamond Easy Flow cement is used in over 327 horizontal projects, which can reduce greenhouse gas emissions by nearly 5 million tons, equivalent to planting over 524,483 trees.

Preparing to Promote the 'Solar Roof' Business with New Innovations
Continuing its goal to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 30% by 2030 and aiming for carbon neutrality by 2050, Pruksa Holding is preparing to promote Green Leaf Energy, a solar roof business with new innovations under Synergy Growth. Pruksa Real Estate will drive the creation of energy-saving homes supported by Green Leaf, which can be installed to replace electricity in common areas of projects, public park lighting, common area buildings, and wastewater treatment plants, helping to save energy and reduce costs for residents. They have piloted the installation of solar roofs on every house at The Palm Residences Watcharapol before expanding to other projects, including installations at Wimutt Hospital, Wimutt-Teptarin Hospital, precast factories, and general customers, totaling over 2 megawatts.
Supporting 'Wongpai' Business to Produce Biochar, Promoting Society, Economy, and Environment
Wongpai is one of the teams selected from the Accelerate Impact with PRUKSA Season 2 project, which aims to support social enterprises with the primary goal of creating a positive impact on society. Wongpai's product, KN Biochar, is biochar made from agricultural waste materials from bamboo-growing communities, helping to preserve the environment, generate carbon credits, and create economic opportunities in the community. Pruksa Holding has provided financial support and mobilized a team from Pruksa to offer advice to help the business grow sustainably, with an expected reduction of carbon dioxide emissions into the atmosphere by 720 tons within one year.
'WONPLUS Recycle' Sorting Waste to Create a Livable Environment for a Sustainable World

This project has also received cooperation from five environmental partner organizations: Recycling Day, TPBI, SCG Chemicals, Titan Innovation, and BS Glass Recycling, with an expectation to recycle over 500 kilograms of waste and reduce greenhouse gas emissions by no less than 435 kgCO2e.
'Pruksa Green Plus' Uniting to Protect the Environment and Create a 'Well-being' World
Pruksa Green Plus is another project aimed at achieving carbon neutrality by promoting tree planting to create sustainability and restore vibrancy to the environment, aligning with the corporate culture of Impact for Good, doing good with a focus on ESG principles, and reinforcing the goal of Live well Stay well for well-being, emphasizing the participation of residents and community members while uniting the efforts of employees from Pruksa Holding subsidiaries.

Delivering Homes for People with Disabilities to Enhance Quality of Life and Create a 'Well-being' Society
Caring Homes for People with Disabilities by PRUKSA is part of the initiative to create a society and elevate the lives of people with disabilities, providing happiness factors to the community. The initiative began with the desire to see every Thai person have a home where they can live happily, especially those with disabilities in rural areas who need opportunities in society. Thus, expertise in real estate was combined with healthcare businesses and community cooperation to create and modify homes suitable for the disabilities of each individual. To date, 46 homes have been delivered.

'Wimutt Group' Promoting Sustainable Health for Enhancing Quality of Life in Society
Wimutt Hospital is advancing towards creating a well-being society through the 'Wimutt Volunteer Cataract Surgery' project in collaboration with the Wichitphongpan Foundation and Phaya Thai District Office to provide cataract surgeries for 30 eyes at no cost to the community in Phaya Thai, offering opportunities for clearer vision and smoother daily living. Meanwhile, Wimutt-Teptarin Hospital aims to conduct public benefit operations alongside healthcare for society by organizing the 'Control D(M) Challenge' program, inviting diabetes patients to set goals for controlling blood sugar, blood pressure, and cholesterol levels, receiving screenings for complications at no cost, and the opportunity to participate in workshops for knowledge provided by a multidisciplinary team closely evaluating the results.

Mr. Uthen added that having knowledgeable and versatile employees from various businesses within the group not only allows them to use their specialized expertise to support various projects but also instills pride in both the organization and the employees themselves. Everyone can harness their potential to drive society towards sustainability fully. For example, having family medicine specialists from Wimutt Hospital as part of the Caring Homes for People with Disabilities by PRUKSA project to provide consultation and advice on designing homes suitable for each individual's disabilities, ensuring that people with disabilities can live safely and happily, reducing the risk of repeated accidents and dependence on others. In the real estate sector, inviting residents from various projects to participate in the WONPLUS Recycle project has received cooperation from employees with extensive experience and a deep understanding of residents' insights, leading to collaboration between the working team and residents within the Pruksa group.
