DTGO Corporation Limited, the parent company of leading real estate developer MQDC (Magnolia Quality Development Corporation), has partnered with global AI expert SenseTime from China to develop DTLM (DTGO Language Model), a Large Language Model (LLM). This model leverages AI development expertise to support three languages: Thai, Chinese, and English, addressing the diverse needs of businesses while enhancing operational efficiency for corporate clients and ensuring data security in AI usage.

Mr. Kittikhun Pothiwankul, Chief Technology Officer of DTGO Corporation Limited, stated that DTLM is an AI developed in collaboration with SenseTime, aiming to be a Global Class Thai LLM. It is designed to answer questions in Thai with high detail and accuracy, achieving the highest efficiency among current Thai LLMs based on MMLU standard tests.

Moreover, DTLM's strength lies in its ability to connect Thai databases with English and Chinese, making it the world's first model to operate efficiently in all three major languages. Additionally, DTLM is developed using Machine Learning technology that does not rely solely on translation, allowing for natural and rapid real-time reading, questioning, and interaction.

DTGO has established a subsidiary, Quinnnova Corporation, to enter the IT consulting business and develop DTLM into a comprehensive AI Application Solution. Quinnnova focuses on effectively advancing AI innovations to enhance the AI ecosystem in Thailand.

Initially, DTLM will target corporate clients or B2B, as it offers cost-effective usage management for organizations and a closed security system to prevent data leaks. Various organizations can apply DTLM for both internal development and external use.
