Saha Pathana Inter-Holding is advancing its business operations by implementing ESG principles in collaboration with B.Grimm to promote the 'King Square' project as a leader in creating a better environment, enhancing the quality of life and community in the Rama 3 area for sustainable growth. This initiative starts with the development and installation of electric vehicle parking at the 'King Square Residence' project, along with solar panel installations at the 'King Square Community Mall'.

Mr. Chakkrit Santiratnakul, Managing Director of King Square Development Co., Ltd. stated that we aim to create King Square as a Community of Kindness that fosters a good living environment and society. Thus, we designed this place as a 'Curated Living Community' consisting of condominiums, a community mall connecting the condominiums to the front of King’s College International School Bangkok, and service apartments. With Saha Pathana's goal to develop two pilot projects, namely 'King Square Residence' and 'King Square Community Mall', to achieve sustainability under the ESG framework (Environment, Social, Governance), we partnered with B.Grimm to develop and install electric vehicle (EV) parking at the King Square Residence project and a system that supports future expansion, along with solar panel installations at the King Square Community Mall to promote the use of renewable energy and reduce carbon emissions.

“Saha Pathana and B.Grimm have signed a memorandum of understanding to demonstrate the collaboration between the two companies, which share the same goal of jointly developing the King Square project to be a leader in environmental sustainability, enhancing the quality of life and community in the Rama 3 area,” Mr. Chakkrit said.

Mr. Kitti Patanaleenakul, President of B.Grimm Industry Group stated that this signing of cooperation marks another significant step in enhancing collaboration between Saha Pathana and B.Grimm. We will leverage our expertise in engineering and energy-saving solutions to help fulfill Saha Pathana's vision of developing the organization towards sustainability in both business operations and environmental aspects, jointly promoting and developing the King Square project to lead in environmental sustainability for the Rama 3 area as per Saha Pathana's goals.

B.Grimm's electric vehicle charging station solutions will cover everything from design, equipment procurement, station installation, post-installation services, and an operating system that processes charging and transactions automatically, while also supporting future technologies such as Vehicle-to-everything, as well as calculating the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions from using electric vehicles. The carbon credits generated from this reduction can be traded in the carbon market. Additionally, B.Grimm will provide other solutions for the King Square project, such as solar systems, electrical systems, and fire alarm systems, among others.
