Saha Pathana Inter-Holding aims to develop the Rama 3 area into a Community of Kindness, collaborating with two partners, Tokyu Corporation and Dusit Thani, to jointly develop real estate projects. They are partnering with Tokyu Corporation to develop the Kingsquare Residence along with the project Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok, aiming to create a quality living environment and community that attracts everyone to live in the Rama 3 area.

 

Mr. Chakrit Santiratnakul, Managing Director of Kingsquare Development Co., Ltd. stated that Saha Pathana Inter-Holding has the vision to develop the Rama 3 area into a desirable living space under the concept of Community of Kindness. This will create a good living environment and community, ensuring that the area is equipped with comprehensive amenities, including residential spaces, condominiums, community malls, schools, and workplaces, to attract a diverse population of different races and cultures to live and thrive together. This led to the joint venture between Saha Pathana and Tokyu Corporation to develop a luxury condominium project named Kingsquare Residence, which has already begun construction since September 2023. This collaboration also includes Dusit Thani, which specializes in hospitality and hotel management, to provide superior services through Dusit Hospitality Services for future clients upon completion.

Additionally, Saha Pathana has partnered with Tokyu Corporation to develop the Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok project, which will serve as both a serviced apartment and a hotel, designed to blend Thai elements with modernity seamlessly. Dusit Thani will also manage the hospitality aspects of this project, with a total investment value exceeding 10 billion baht.

Mr. Hirohisa Fujiwara, Director & Senior Managing Executive Officer of Tokyu Corporation mentioned that Tokyu Corporation is a leader in urban development and real estate in Japan, with extensive experience in various real estate projects, including residential, shopping centers, department stores, and hotels. They also invest and manage real estate portfolios to enhance long-term value, providing comprehensive consulting and property management services. Furthermore, Tokyu Corporation has been a long-term partner with Saha Pathana, collaborating in real estate since 2014, starting with a housing project for Japanese residents in Si Racha, Chonburi. They later studied the feasibility of projects in the Rama 3 area and recognized the opportunity to develop real estate to meet the needs of the target audience near King's College International School Bangkok, leading to this significant collaboration to develop Kingsquare Residence and Dusit Suites Kingsquare Bangkok, both parties are confident that this partnership will achieve its goals.
