SAM has selected second-hand properties for living and investment, including single houses, commercial buildings, vacant land, and product distribution centers, all priced below 20 million Baht in prime locations across the country. Over 150 items with a total value exceeding 670 million Baht will be auctioned on May 24.

Sukhumvit Asset Management Company Limited (SAM) announced that SAM is offering second-hand properties or non-performing assets (NPA) for residential and investment purposes, including single houses, duplexes, townhouses, residential condominiums, commercial buildings, vacant land, office units, commercial units, factories/warehouses, showrooms, product distribution centers, etc., all priced under 20 million Baht. A total of 159 items valued at over 673 million Baht will be auctioned on May 24, along with various special promotions, such as "SAM Second-Hand Properties Must Share" for those who refer friends or acquaintances to purchase SAM's NPA priced at no more than 1 million Baht, offering a 2% commission per property. Additionally, there will be "Special Interest Home Loans" from leading banks and Gift Vouchers worth up to 3,000 Baht, subject to specified conditions.
