With Dusit Thani Group's extensive experience in service, building management, and customer care at a 5-star hotel standard recognized internationally, they are well-equipped to provide services to luxury residential projects, including housekeeping through Dusit On Demand, which operates in over 10 hotels across Bangkok. (DHSC), a subsidiary of Dusit Thani Group, has been entrusted to manage the Marque Sukhumvit condominium, a super-luxury project with the highest price per square meter in the Phrom Phong area of Sukhumvit. They recently signed a contract with the condominium's juristic person to assign “Dusit Hospitality Services” to oversee and provide services to residents in the project.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

The Dusit Thani Group established the “Dusit Hospitality Services” team after deciding to create a new business to ensure that employees from various departments continue to have jobs while the original Dusit Thani Bangkok hotel ceased operations. “Dusit Hospitality Services” will manage high-quality luxury residential projects, overseeing building management and common property according to the internationally recognized standards of the Dusit Thani Group.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Mr. Supakij Tiyawatcharapong, Managing Director of Dusit Well-Being Hospitality, <\/strong><\/span><\/span>added that currently, DHSC provides facility management services in three areas: building management and administration services, <\/strong>focusing on luxury residential clients, aiming for a market share of 10-15% of the total market; consulting and training services for residential project operators seeking 5-star hotel-level services <\/strong>but lacking knowledge and expertise, with many such projects still available; while DHSC currently has the capacity to handle 8-10 projects per year.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

Additionally, the Dusit On Demand housekeeping service <\/strong>provides cleaning services within hotel rooms, common areas of hotels, or luxury residences according to customer needs. In this area, the team has developed a Housekeeping Certificate Program divided into three levels: Bronze, Silver, and Gold, based on the skills and working hours of each housekeeper, allowing clients to choose according to their budget. This aspect distinctly differentiates DHSC from other service providers. At the same time, this business is in high demand in the market, presenting challenges regarding workforce availability. Therefore, the “Dusit Hospitality Services” team has collaborated with both public and private sectors to seek personnel to develop and meet market demands.<\/span><\/span><\/p>

“The signing of the management and care contract for the Marque Sukhumvit project marks another significant step for DHSC, reflecting the vision of the Marque project's management board, which recognizes the benefits and commitment of DHSC to not only bring 5-star hotel standards to the homes of all residents, ensuring they can live comfortably and happily, but also to enhance the value of the properties where residents reside in the future. Previously, DHSC managed the Coco Parc project, followed by the Sukhothai Residence project, and most recently, the Marque Sukhumvit project.
