Mr. Wisit Malaisirirat, CEO of Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited (MQDC), confirmed that the company has prepared cash to repay the bonds due to bondholders in January 2024. The repayment amounts are 4.1 billion baht due on January 22, 2024, and 5.604 billion baht due on January 29, 2024.

The company assures that it continues to operate well, with its major flagship project, The Forestias, set to be completed in 2024, and ownership transfers will begin continuously from the start of the year.
