MQDC (Magnolia Quality Development Corporation Limited), a leading real estate developer, has announced that the construction of the prototype city project "The Forestias" is progressing well, with over 70% completion across all projects. The first two projects, Whizdom Destinia and Mytopia, are fully completed and ready for gradual transfer to residents starting at the end of 2023, followed by various brand projects set to be completed and transferred as planned from the beginning of this year. It is emphasized that all projects will be fully completed and ready for residents to move in by 2024.

The Forestias project aims to create an 'urban forest kingdom' that allows residents to live closely with nature by incorporating sustainable innovations and technologies into its development. The project includes energy management and administration systems within the buildings, such as the Central Utility Plant (CUP), Energy Management Unit (EMU), and Energy Recovery Ventilator (ERV), along with a 30-rai forest area featuring a complete ecosystem, ready to support the living and lifestyle of people of all groups, genders, and ages within The Forestias, providing an experience of happiness.

Mr. Kittiphan Uiyamapan, the project director of The Forestias by MQDC, stated that the construction of several residential projects within The Forestias is progressing significantly. The projects ready for transfer to residents starting this year include three condominium projects under the Whizdom brand: Whizdom The Forestias Mytopia, Whizdom The Forestias Destinia, and Whizdom The Forestias Petopia, respectively. Each of these first three projects is designed under different concepts to meet the diverse needs of various target groups.

The Mulberry Grove The Forestias Villas project, which is a cluster home developed under the concept of harmonious living for large families across multiple generations, and the Mulberry Grove The Forestias Condominiums are also progressing rapidly, with over 70% completion, and are expected to be ready for gradual transfer to residents within the first quarter of this year.

Mr. Kittiphan further mentioned that the project in collaboration with Baycrest, a leading health care institution for seniors from Canada, is designed to accommodate residents aged 50 and above at The Aspen Tree The Forestias. Construction is also progressing to 70% completion and is expected to be fully completed and ready for transfer in April this year.

"The Aspen Tree project is a new concept in housing that emphasizes lifetime care, allowing interested individuals to experience real-life situations. This Independent Living Community will be completed before officially going on sale, as the main decision-making factor for buyers will focus on care standards and various facilities within the project. Therefore, it will be open for viewing within the actual project starting in February 2024," Mr. Kittiphan added.

Meanwhile, the world-renowned Six Senses brand is also nearing completion of its first luxury resort-style residential project in Southeast Asia, managed by Six Senses, with gradual transfers to residents expected to begin in the last quarter of next year.

In addition to the aforementioned projects, The Forestias has also begun developing a newly launched residential project from mid-last year called "The Forestias Signature Series," which will gradually be ready for transfer to residents in 2025.

Additionally, Happitat at The Forestias, located at the front of The Forestias project on over 200,000 square meters, caters to the lifestyle of people of all ages, creating a "New Destination of Happiness Beyond Imagination" for everyone to live and engage in various activities while experiencing seamless shopping in both the real and digital worlds. It features over 300 leading restaurants and shops in a special concept, along with many top fashion and lifestyle brands. Happitat at The Forestias is currently 70% complete, while The Hilltop Offices, a rental office space located in the same area, is 60% complete and is expected to be fully operational by September 2024.
