Pruksa collaborates with Vimutt Hospital and Theptarin Hospital to sustainably deliver good health to Pruksa residents through the 'KNOW YOURSELF, HELP YOUR MIND' activity, which provides health knowledge for prevention with advice from specialized doctors and a multidisciplinary team. Basic health check-ups are also offered, including blood pressure measurements and body flexibility tests, aligning with the 'Live well Stay well' concept, led by Ms. Punrat Biaomai, Managing Director of the Detached House Business Group at Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited, along with medical personnel from Vimutt Hospital and Theptarin Hospital at The Palm Bangna Ring Road clubhouse.

Ms. Punrat Biaomai, Managing Director of the Detached House Business Group at Pruksa Real Estate Public Company Limited stated that the 'KNOW YOURSELF, HELP YOUR MIND' activity aligns with Pruksa's vision under the 'Live well Stay well' framework, which aims to create well-being in three aspects: providing a good living environment, good health, and fostering a good community. Pruksa has consistently delivered quality housing that meets various needs, and this time we are committed to promoting good health for residents in our projects and nearby communities as well. Therefore, we have partnered with Vimutt Hospital and Theptarin Hospital, which are part of the Pruksa Holding healthcare business, to support this activity by providing knowledge on health promotion and prevention to raise awareness and encourage everyone to apply it in their own health care.

The 'KNOW YOURSELF, HELP YOUR MIND' activity was initiated by Pruksa to support everyone in achieving sustainable good health, starting with knowledge for prevention before illness occurs. The event offered Fit Check services for basic health checks and body flexibility tests, along with informative sessions on 'Fitness Do and Don't: How to Exercise Effectively Without Getting Sick' by experts from Theptarin Hospital, and insights on 'Recognizing 8 Signs of Decline for Prevention' by Dr. Kobkan Chunhasawat, a preventive medicine physician and business development executive at Vimutt Hospital Holding Company, and Dr. Kengpong Tangarunsanti, director of Chersery Home, an elderly hospital and rehabilitation center. Additionally, all participants received advice on balancing body and mind from experts in music therapy and energy healing. This event saw a large turnout and received positive feedback from residents and the surrounding community, as it provided practical knowledge for self-care and caring for family members. Due to the positive response to this activity, Pruksa plans to continue organizing health-related events in other projects,” Ms. Punrat stated.
