The new Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok has revealed progress ahead of its opening in the second half of 2024, featuring the installation of the golden spire, a symbol of memories from ‘Dusit Thani’, on the top floor, along with the creation of an exhibition space to showcase its historical journey, welcoming travelers from around the globe.

The Dusit Thani Group announced the progress of the new Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok, having recently installed the golden spire, which symbolizes the original Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok, on the top floor of the new structure. This highlights Thai culture on an international standard, similar to how “Dusit Thani” has been recognized globally as a symbol of Bangkok for nearly 50 years, from 1970 to 2019.

The new Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok is set to be the flagship hotel of the Dusit Thani Group, scheduled to open in the second half of 2024. It will be part of the mixed-use real estate project named “Dusit Central Park,” valued at 46 billion baht. In addition to the Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok, the “Dusit Central Park” project will also include luxury residential buildings under the ‘Dusit Residences’ and ‘Dusit Parkside’ brands, as well as premium office buildings, high-end shopping malls, and a Rooftop Park, a 11,200 square meter green space in the heart of the city, all expected to gradually open in 2025 and 2026.

The new Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok is a 39-story building comprising 257 guest rooms and suites, meticulously designed to offer views of the lush greenery of Lumpini Park, a large public park in the heart of Bangkok. Additionally, this hotel will provide premium amenities, including a large banquet hall, various dining options, and a wellness center for holistic health care. The hotel is designed with great care to elevate the Dusit Thani Group's position on the global stage, creating a modern definition of relaxation.

Moreover, the new Dusit Thani Hotel in Bangkok integrates unique elements from the original, including the golden spire that symbolizes the former Dusit Thani Hotel, preserving memories well. This spire will be part of the new building at the highest point, with the old spire being crowned with a larger and more beautiful new golden spire, ready to welcome guests, visitors, and travelers from around the world once again.

Additionally, at the base of the spire, there will be an exhibition space resembling a small museum, showcasing the historical journey and memorabilia from the original Dusit Thani Hotel. This area will serve as a viewpoint and check-in spot for impressive photos with the hotel’s symbol.
