Univenture Public Company Limited (UV) has announced its business performance for the fiscal year 2023 (from October 1, 2022, to September 30, 2023), reporting a total revenue of 17.672 billion baht.

Mr. Kampol Poonsoni, the CEO of Univenture Public Company Limited, discussed the overall business performance for the fiscal year 2023, stating that the company achieved a total revenue of 17.672 billion baht, with a net profit attributable to the company of 516 million baht. In terms of revenue composition, the company generated 10.089 billion baht from investments in the energy sector, accounting for 57% of total revenue. Revenue from real estate development and related businesses amounted to 3.4 billion baht, representing 19%. Revenue from the production and sale of zinc oxide was 1.22 billion baht, making up 7%. Revenue from consulting and construction management investments was 1.095 billion baht, or 6%. Revenue from investments in commercial refrigeration amounted to 738 million baht, accounting for 4%, and other revenues totaled 1.13 billion baht, representing 7%.

Looking ahead to fiscal year 2024, the company aims for a minimum revenue target of 18.5 billion baht, focusing on core income from both businesses that the company has invested in and manages alongside capable partners, which will generate recurring income, as well as businesses that the company operates 100% to achieve organic growth. Additionally, the company continues to seek business opportunities and is ready to invest in new potential sectors to enhance the value of businesses that generate continuous income.
