The Reignwood Group, founded by Dr. Chanchai Ruayrungreung, has achieved success through diverse investments in China and has expanded into several countries including Singapore, the UK, and the USA. They have launched the 'Reignwood Park' project, a new mega mixed-use development in Pathum Thani, covering over 2,000 rai and valued at 50 billion baht. This project aims to cater to the lifestyle needs of all age groups, featuring highlights such as KIS International School, high-end residences, Robinswood Golf Club with an 18-hole championship golf course and a 9-hole par 3 course, a community mall, and a sports complex with a sports hotel, all designed to provide an ultra-luxury lifestyle that blends Eastern and Western cultures. The first phase is set to open in August 2024.

Ms. Vorapanit Ruayrungreung, CEO of Reignwood Group Thailand, stated that they are bringing their experience in developing and managing real estate, hotels, and golf courses from both the West and the East to create a project that will set a new standard in Thailand's real estate sector. The 'Reignwood Park' project is envisioned as a mega mixed-use kingdom that supports an ultra-luxury lifestyle in Pathum Thani, covering over 2,000 rai with an estimated project value of 50 billion baht. Located not far from Bangkok, it offers a pleasant environment and good air quality, with easy access to the city center and connections to Don Mueang and Suvarnabhumi Airports, as well as convenient routes to Eastern tourist attractions.

“The Reignwood Park project will reinforce Thailand's strength as a significant landmark for merging two cultures from different sides of the world. We aim to create unique architectural designs that reflect both Eastern and Western influences within the project. We expect this project to be a place where people from all generations can live happily every day, enhancing the quality of life in every aspect under the concept of A Living Community: Where Every Generation Finds Home and Harmony. It addresses the demand for living spaces amidst nature, equipped with comprehensive amenities and services, utilizing environmentally friendly technology and innovations, aligning with the direction of the real estate market. Our goal is to contribute to achieving net-zero greenhouse gas emissions globally,” Ms. Vorapanit added.

Reignwood Park will include residential zones, quality educational institutions like KIS International School, the world-class Robinswood Golf Club, lifestyle community spaces, a sports complex, and a sports hotel. The residential area will feature four exclusive housing projects meticulously designed to reflect and meet the needs of a new era, offering homes with unique identities. The overall concept of the project is East Meets West, harmoniously blending Eastern and Western elements to cater to the living preferences of a world adapting post-COVID.

The first phase includes two projects: the first, REIGNWOOD ESTATE, features bespoke-designed mansions aimed at making dream homes a reality, crafted with renowned designers both nationally and internationally. This project offers a total of only 41 homes on the Robinswood Golf Club, with land sizes ranging from 1.5 to 3 rai and living spaces starting at 1,500 square meters, with prices starting from 300 million baht. The second project, REIGNWOOD SERENO, offers premium living homes emphasizing privacy in a private zone surrounding a 9-hole par 3 golf course, comprising a total of 101 homes with living spaces of 300 square meters, designed with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, starting from 40 million baht, with some units already available for reservation in 2023.

Future phases will include two more projects: the REIGNWOOD SONIA single-family homes with land sizes of 80 square wah, and REIGNWOOD SANCTIA, a low-rise condominium with nearly 400 units, set to open for reservations in early 2024, with construction expected to be completed by 2027.

Additionally, the first phase will collaborate with KIS International School to create a new campus within the project, establishing the first boarding school in Thailand with comprehensive facilities, aiming to provide an internationally recognized education system from kindergarten to grade 12 with IB programs, both boarding and day options, catering to families residing in the project and surrounding areas who wish for their children to attend quality schools nearby, with the first term starting in August 2024. The project will also develop Robinswood Golf Club, a world-class 18-hole golf course measuring 7,591 yards, exclusively for members. This course is designed to host global golf tournaments, with layout designs by European Golf Design, challenging professional golfers while aiming to become the best golf course in Asia, featuring modern technology and the only SubAir system in Thailand to maintain green standards, along with a large clubhouse and state-of-the-art practice facilities using Trackman Range technology, meeting international standards.

Moreover, in future phases, Reignwood Park will also feature a Lifestyle community space and a large Sport Complex, complete with a Sport Hotel, ready to accommodate world-class athletes. We anticipate that Reignwood Park will open its first phase in August 2024, and to enhance the experience for residents and golf club members, they will receive numerous exclusive privileges under the Reignwood Park Elite service, offering special discounts on VOSS bottled water, Reignwood Yacht Charter, chauffeur-driven Rolls-Royce services, MGC-ASIA, and leading Downtown Lounge services in the country.

The Reignwood Group, founded by Dr. Chanchai Ruayrungreung, invests in various sectors and owns the luxury refreshment brand VOSS. They have acquired and restored the historic Ten Trinity Square building, which was damaged during World War II, now housing the Four Seasons Ten Trinity Square hotel. Additionally, they invest in lifestyle properties such as golf courses and hotels, including Reignwood Pine Valley Golf Course in Beijing behind the Great Wall and revitalizing the historic Wentworth Club, home to the European Tour headquarters for over 100 years.
