CP LAND Public Company Limited, a leading real estate developer in Thailand, is making a significant move after 40 years of operations by launching a new brand, LUXRIVA RESIDENCES, targeting the luxury single-house market. The launch of the LUXRIVA RESIDENCES brand marks a significant shift for CP LAND, reinforcing its new image following a brand refresh aimed at aligning with business plans since late 2022. This new brand is the first of many that CP LAND plans to introduce in the real estate sector in the first quarter of 2024.

LUXRIVA RESIDENCES spans 44 rai with 115 units, offering three types of houses:

  • Type A: Ashley - 285 sq.m. with land starting from 82 sq.w.
  • Type B: Berkley - 360 sq.m. with land starting from 100 sq.w.
  • Type C: Clara - 465 sq.m. with land starting from 128 sq.w.

The design showcases the project's natural essence, featuring high ceilings (Double Volume) in the Living Area of every house, ensuring good air circulation and a spacious, bright, and elegant atmosphere.
