Mr. Uthen Lohachitpitak, CEO of Pruksa Holding Public Company Limited, revealed that the company generated total revenue of 19,900 million baht, a 9% increase, driven by improved sales of single-family homes and condominiums, along with significant growth in revenue from the healthcare segment unrelated to COVID-19. Additionally, other income from restructuring both the real estate and healthcare businesses into profit-generating units contributed to a net profit of 2,082 million baht, a 30% increase compared to the first nine months of 2022. In the third quarter, the company recorded a profit of 80 million baht from the transfer of the LabPlus One business under the Theptarin Hospital to Innoquest Diagnostics One, a joint venture between PAH (Thailand) Pte. Ltd. and Wimut Holding. Furthermore, the company recently partnered with CapitaLand Investment Limited, a global leader in real estate investment management, to establish the C-WELL fund aimed at investing in assets that promote health and well-being, with plans to expand into the Southeast Asian market valued at 25 billion baht. This initiative will enhance recurring income and revenue from services provided by Wimut Hospital while supporting real estate business through the inclusion of existing land into the fund for the development of health-promoting properties, setting a new standard for residential development in the region.

In the real estate sector, the company reported sales of 14,241 million baht in the first nine months, with transfers totaling 16,985 million baht. There are ongoing projects valued at 62,166 million baht, with immediate sales and transfer capabilities of 10,895 million baht and a backlog of over 5,039 million baht. In the fourth quarter, the company plans to launch 7 new projects, leveraging the strengths of its affiliated businesses to create residences that promote well-being. This includes a new project, The Plant Bangna Km. 5 – Srinakarin, featuring two-story twin houses in a Modern Barn House style, offering benefits to residents from Wimut Hospital and its affiliates, as well as Synergy Growth, the developer of the MyHaus application that controls home device access via mobile, allows for remote operation of electrical appliances, checks entry and exit history, and provides security alerts. Additionally, the project emphasizes sustainable design, such as passive design for ventilation, heat-resistant roof insulation, solar panels, and environmentally friendly materials, with pre-sales scheduled for November 25-26.

In the healthcare sector, revenue for the first nine months reached approximately 1,325 million baht, a 71% increase compared to the same period in 2022, driven by a 102% growth in non-COVID-related revenue, along with increased complex disease treatments at Theptarin Hospital, supported by specialized doctors in surgery, orthopedics, and cardiology. Meanwhile, the Wimut group is committed to expanding health check services with large companies and insurance firms, while introducing telemedicine and home service offerings to enhance recognition and generate continuous revenue. They are also building partnerships both domestically and internationally, including expanding collaboration with Ramathibodi Hospital to offer 17 health service packages, such as gallbladder surgery, hysterectomy, breast surgery, ovarian tumor removal, hernia repair, hemorrhoid surgery, and knee replacement surgery. There has been a more than 50% increase in patient referrals from this collaboration in the past third quarter, expanding the customer base from public hospitals, and accelerating the addition of inpatient beds, targeting a total of 60 beds by early next year.
