Minor Hotels, a company engaged in hotel operations as an owner, manager, and investor, currently operating over 540 hotels in 56 countries across Asia Pacific, the Middle East, Africa, the Indian Ocean, Europe, South America, and North America, has announced plans to launch its first hotels in Paris, the capital of France. The company will open three NH Hotels, a four-star hotel brand, in the first quarter of 2024, along with a rebranding and renovation project for another hotel under the NH Collection brand in 2025.

Minor Hotels Group has been entrusted by Swiss Life Asset Managers in France, the owner of the three hotels, to manage these properties. This marks a part of Minor Hotels' strategic growth plan to expand its hotel presence in key cities across Europe. The hotels in Paris will include NH Paris Gare de l'Est with 207 rooms and NH Opéra Paris Faubourg with 103 rooms, while the third hotel, NH Paris Beauchamps Champs-Elysées, will feature 90 rooms and will open as NH Collection following renovations in 2025.

The three newly renovated hotels will feature a total of 400 rooms, along with restaurants and bars where travelers can enjoy local cuisine. Each hotel is centrally located in renowned areas for shopping, dining, and popular tourist attractions in Paris, such as the Louvre Museum, the National Opera, and the Champs-Élysées.

The three hotels in Paris will be part of Minor Hotels' portfolio, which currently includes six hotels located in Marseille, Lyon, Toulouse, and Nice. In addition to France, the NH hotel brand has opened NH Collection Milano CityLife and NH Milano Corso Buenos Aires in Italy, NH Collection Frankfurt Spin Tower in Germany, NH Collection Maldives Havodda Resort in the Maldives, NH Collection Dubai The Palm in the UAE, marking the brand's first presence in the Middle East, NH Marina Portimão Resort in Portugal, and NH Boat Lagoon Phuket Resort in Phuket, representing the brand's debut in Asia.

Additionally, NH has plans to launch hotels in the near future, including NH Collection Helsinki Grand Hansa in Finland, NH Collection Chiang Mai in Chiang Mai, and NH Collection Luang Prabang in the Lao People's Democratic Republic.
